First visit to South Dakota and did not expect to find foothills and cool amenities like I am used to in all the Colorado ski towns. Played golf over 2 days and loved the course - beautiful setting, cool staff, fun vibe and some memorable shots for sure. Great restaurants nearby since Sturgis and Deadwood are both an easy drive. Live music and nightlife in Deadwood on any night of the summer. Won some money on the golf course, gave it away in the casino. Great spot for a buddy golf trip since you can stay in a house and have all the fun you want and you're steps away from the golf course. There's more than golf for sure - we went over to Devil's Tower and Mt Rushmore (of course) and you could spend a day hiking in either spot. Next trip for me. Will return for sure to see how the new amenities come together, but glad I went to get out of the Texas heat.

By far one of my favorite courses to play, so far! The team members were professional- brought us our cart, loaded and cleaned our golf clubs, super friendly and helpful! The course is top-notch! It is beautiful and challenging all at once. Fully recommend this golf course for anyone from beginner golfers to avid golfers- everyone will love it! Must go!

The course was very nice and in good condition, however, I do have two complaints. The day of my tee time had a high school tournament going on (which I was not notified of until my arrival), so I was limited to the front nine of the course, which was disappointing since I came from out of state. My second issue was with one of the maintenance workers continuing to drive around and work 30-40 yards from me as I'm trying to hit. The other maintenance workers I encountered were respectful and shut off their engines when I was hitting. There is also a fair bit of construction between holes 1 & 2, so just beware of that. Overall, nice course, a little bit of a disappointing experience.

This is not a $100 golf course the front nine is terrible lay out small greens so so condition. The back nine is newer and quite nice greens are bigger and some very unique holes. We probably would not play again. I have to compare Red Ro ck in Rapid which we played $100 for both no comparison.

We LOVE this place! Morgan and the rest of the staff are always friendly and attentive. This week we had the burger of the week and it was delish!
