After a multi-million dollar renovation of Okatie Creek Golf Course, one can't think this was money well spent. What you see here is a current (1/4/26) picture of the 17th green at Okatie. This is representative of most of the back nine greens. In addition to this condition, the greens are hard as cement...they don't hold shots. The sand traps which were also "redone" are terrible...there is virtually no sand in them, it's just hard packed clay/dirt. The tee boxes are extremely hard to get your tee in the ground. The new work was done to also improve the drainage of the course. Well this is no better either. And yet they still charge full price. There are far better golf course options in the area...

Fun course! Scoreable course! Beautiful course too. Greens were pretty fast. Course was in good condition.

Ok, shrink flation has come to sun city. The once good hamburger is now half the size it used to be. It’s bad tasting beef and tomatoes that are hardly edible is the new standard. I also had breakfast there today and as usual the coffee has no taste. Even worse the home fries were cold and did not include any green peppers and onions. They need to fire the food director, this place had gone down hill big time, I will not be back.

I went in not expecting the buffet to be great but I was very pleasantly surprised. My husband and I really enjoyed our food. The Turkey was wonderful. They also offered roast beef and ham. The sides were all good as well. Will most definitely be back!

I have been here several times and enjoyed my overall experience. The food is good. However, the waitress that served myself and family was a disaster. We were disappointed. It will be awhile before we return.
