What a little hidden gem in the country.. I played this course 2 years ago when they took it over it was in rough shape to say the least but for the price it was okay. I remember talking to the older gentleman that owns it. You could see the visions in his eyes now 2 years later. What a transformation. He has really done a fantastic job, him and his staff. There's a couple of greens that need some attention, but overall I love the course. I can always get a tee time. It's never really busy. You don't pay a lot of money. It's more than fair for the course. The staff is fantastic. All the ladies at the front are just super friendly and make you feel very welcome when you come in I hope it stays a hidden gem I drive from Summerville over an hour away just to play this course it's not perfect but if you could really feel the passion on what he is trying to accomplish and what he has accomplished in the past years it makes me appreciate what he's done And it's worth my time to come up here and play a very nice course. It's not easy. There's a couple of hard holes for sure... Give this place a try I don't think you'll be disappointed at all and if for some reason you are, I know the ladies in the front will put a smile on your face because they are fantastic

This course is very fun and slightly challenging. The owners are very hospitable and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. It may not have the greatest greens you’ve ever played on however they are actively making improvements. I look forward playing here again.

This golf course is definitely making a come back!! It is under new management and they are making a great effort in the course and customer service. The grounds are a work in progress right now. You really can't work on your putting but you can work on your long game. I will be excited to see the progress when we someday return. I gave a four because I will be expecting to change it to a five when I return. Carts are modern and up to date with USB ports, club cover for rain and seats are comfortable. Nice bar and food area! No portable potties but you can stop back at the club house after hole 5 and 9. Congrats on the reopening! Great customer service from all the staff!

I Typically golf around the Charleston/Summerville area and came to Bamberg to give this course a try and I was absolutely blown away! This course is a hidden gem. It was a super nice and relaxing time we were able to play at our own pace and the course has an amazing layout. Joe also hooked us up with some amazing wings that were out of this world! I would recommend this course to anyone that wants to be treated with great hospitality and and not just a number like most courses. I Will be playing here as much as possible!

This was the most relaxing round of golf I’ve had this year. Being from the grand strand, we are always pushed on the course. Your staff was so kind and welcoming. I can’t wait until my next visit.
