We had our wedding at Philmont Country Club on September 27, 2025, and it was absolutely perfect! From our first tour to the last dance, Brandon and the entire PCC team were incredible. Brandon was a total rockstar — organized, responsive, and genuinely such a joy to work with. By the final few weeks, I was emailing him daily (oops 😅), and he handled every question and detail with patience and enthusiasm. I always felt like we were in the best hands. The day itself was seamless — we had the entire venue to ourselves, and having access to the bridal suite as early as 7am made getting ready so relaxed and fun. The timeline flowed perfectly, and Brandon was everywhere we needed him to be (without us ever having to ask). We didn’t have to worry or stress about anything all day. Taking our bridal portraits out on the golf course was such a fun touch — gorgeous scenery and a nice little moment to soak it all in. Our guests are still talking about the food (truly amazing!) and how accommodating the staff were, even for guests with dietary restrictions. The open bar and champagne welcome wall were total hits, and the dance floor was huge — perfect for a packed, energetic party! Even our vendors raved about how easy and wonderful it was to work with the PCC team. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful venue to celebrate our day. 10/10 recommend Philmont Country Club! Including a few pics from the day 💕

We recently celebrated my son’s Bar Mitzvah at Philmont Country Club, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, Brandon Tanguay was a pleasure to work with — professional, flexible, and incredibly accommodating. He was responsive and made a real effort to tailor everything to fit my family’s needs. The cocktail hour layout worked perfectly, giving the kids their own room to play games while adults enjoyed a more relaxed space with a large bar. The main ballroom is gorgeous — elegant, spacious, and with a large dance floor that easily fit all our guests. The plated dinner for adults was absolutely delicious! The salmon with honey-soy glaze with wild rice and the chicken francese with lemon sauce were the crowd favorites. The kids raved about their cocktail hour — especially the mozzarella sticks, veggie spring rolls, mac & cheese balls, and Shirley Temple drinks. The wait staff, bartender and coatroom attendant were friendly and attentive. There’s also plenty of free parking, which made arrival and departure easy for everyone. We really appreciated having access to the bridal suite, which Brandon offered for getting ready and storing our decorations and supplies. I was so grateful to have that space to regroup and to leave things overnight — it made post-party cleanup so much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Philmont Country Club for anyone planning a special celebration. The venue is beautiful, the food is excellent, and Brandon truly goes the extra mile to make sure every detail is handled with care. It was an unforgettable night for our family!

My youngest son graduated from high school this year (June 25) and his awards dinner was at the Philmont Country Club. I grew up in that area of the city and remember when they were a golf club however there isn't anywhere to golf now so they rent out the rooms for outside events. The food was delicious: penne pasta vodka, chicken parmagian, fried potatoes, salads and a nice set up for dessert! The kids were impressed by the entire club especially the servers who were super nice!

Had my bridal shower here on 6/11/23 and it was lovely! The room was beautiful, food was delicious, and staff were attentive. We were also able to bring in our own desserts, which is a huge plus! Would definitely recommend this venue for any event!

We went there today for taste testing food for my son's wedding. My future daughter in law, my son, and I went. The food we tried was amazing. From appetizers, salads, cheese, meats, entrées, desserts. Loved especially the glazed salmon, salmon toast, and short rib, to name a few, stood out to me. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The place itself was so nice. Looking forward to the wedding!!!!!!
