Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. Was there for a golf scramble and even with the rain it was a wonderful day.

Food was amazing- such a beautiful place for a wedding reception

Aspires to be the exclusive, old money club for Erie. After dozens of times attending, and a short membership, the impression I got was that it was full of stiff old people who like posing as "the important people". The food is okay, but you'd be fooling yourself to think you'd want to eat there frequently. I'm not a golfer, but have played the course. I'll leave it to others to judge the greens, but I thought the prickly rules and attitudes weren't conducive to an enjoyable outing.

We used Kahkwa as the venue for our wedding in October 2023, working through Kal on the planning. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience there. The space was more than sufficient for our 180 guests, the food was delicious, and Kal is a total expert who made the whole process seamless. We would highly recommend this venue!
