Beautiful course. In great condition especially with all the rain we’ve been having. The lady at the desk is very nice. The only thing I don’t like is the gun range. I pulled back to swing and bang. I jumped. I didn’t know there was a gun range right there. No problem with shooting but not by a golf course.

Came out with a group of friends for a golf outing. I understand it’s a public course and late in the season, but it was in really rough shape. Tee boxes were mostly sand and dirt, fairways were bare, and the greens were patchy and tough to play on. That said, it only cost $30, so expectations were low. We still had a great time and made the best of it. You definitely get what you pay for.

It’s a shame this used to be the best course to go to(was one of my favorites) and easily one of the best maintained. Greens are severely overgrown tee boxes are almost all dirt and fairways terrible. Nothing is taken care of here anymore, they charge way too much for the condition this course is in.

This is a great family place that has had so many negative things happen lately! I love spending family time in the campground and fishing in the creek and ponds! I truly hope after this wind storm we can repair this wonderful place again! So we can continue the joy we share while we're there! LOVE MILL RACE!!!!!

We had a last minute change in our travels and we were able to get a camp site here. Roy was amazing getting us settled in. During our stay the surrounding area had flood warnings and the rivers over flowed. The long term campers were watching the water levels on the creek which was right behind our camper. They made us feel very safe. The waterfalls in the state park were closed after the storm so Jim the other caretaker along with Roy made sure we got our refund on the camp site. We would stay here next time we come by. The area was clean, the creek was beautiful when there was no flooding. The water was clear and you were able to swim if you wanted to. Very clean and beautiful overall. Thank you gentlemen for making our stay with you enjoyable!
