5-Star Review – Outstanding Experience at Wildhorse Casino & Hotel! My recent stay at Wildhorse Casino and Hotel in Pendleton, Oregon was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and hospitality far exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout goes to Sarah, our host, whose professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service truly made our trip memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and her friendly demeanor made us feel like valued guests from the very start. The hotel check-in staff were equally impressive—quick, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, the Player Services/Card staff did an outstanding job connecting us with a host and helping us secure a beautiful complimentary room, which was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the Traditions Restaurant buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious, well-prepared dishes. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the dining staff kept the atmosphere welcoming and relaxed. Overall, our experience at Wildhorse Casino and Hotel was truly fantastic—excellent service, great food, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended! Sincerely, Dean and Kimberly Goff

Stayed here while picking up family half way between Boise and Eastern Washington. Rooms were $250 a night. Clean and big, not perfect but worth the price. Buffet was $42 so hard pass since I just wanted a little food. I had some halibut from a food court. Pretty tasty. Decided to do a little gambling. I grabbed a cold one from the room and went down for some roulette. Played a good 45 minutes with $100. While is was playing, one of the workers grabbed my beer from me and said “ we don’t sell that kind here, you can’t have it.” Kind of ruined the moment. There is pretty much no drink service, unless you want the free diabetes dispenser at the other end of the casino. Sad for all the locals that hang out at this rural ship show. I like the smoke free atmosphere tho.,

5 out of 5 stars Wildhorse Resort & Casino is straight-up the best all-in-one getaway in Eastern Oregon—hands down. Pulled up off I-84 near Pendleton and immediately felt the upgrade from your average casino stop. The 10-story tower hotel is modern and clean, with killer views of the high desert and Blue Mountains that make waking up worth it. Rooms are spacious, beds are super comfy (plush pillow-tops and blackout curtains for actual good sleep), walk-in showers, free Wi-Fi, and everything feels fresh. They’re in the middle of a big expansion too—second tower, more dining, bigger event center—which has me already planning the next trip. The casino floor is Vegas-style without the chaos: tons of slots, tables, and it’s one of the cleaner, non-smoking spots I’ve hit in the region. Staff are genuinely friendly and quick—bartenders at the lobby bar hooked us up perfectly. What seals the 5 stars is how family-friendly this place is. Indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, the Family FunPlex has bowling, a solid arcade, kids’ entertainment area, and a five-screen cineplex for movies. Food options are on point—multiple spots from casual food court eats to better dining, and everything hit the spot without breaking the bank. Championship golf course right there if you’re into that too. Free valet, fitness center, business center if you need it—it’s got everything covered. Whether you’re there to gamble, chill, bowl a few frames, catch a flick, or just escape for the weekend, Wildhorse delivers big time. No complaints, no weak links. Highly recommend—worth the drive from Portland, Boise, or wherever. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute gem. We’ll be back soon!

I had an amazing experience at the hotel lobby bar on Sunday night. I didn’t catch the bartender’s name, but he had dreads and made the best martini I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. Beyond the drink, his service was outstanding. He was personable, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special. Management should know he’s doing an incredible job. A true highlight of my stay!

I visited this location on February 5th around 2:00–2:15 PM with my family. From the moment we arrived, the service was unprofessional and dismissive. We asked if there was a low booth for my grandmother, who uses a wheelchair, and were told we could “seat ourselves,” which completely ignored our question. When we had to ask for menus, it was clear it was an inconvenience for the staff. When our server Rachel finally arrived, there was no greeting, no introduction, and no effort to make us feel welcome. She immediately confronted me for my ID when I requested water, speaking in a rude and unnecessarily aggressive tone. Her approach was shocking and completely unprofessional, and it set the tone for the rest of the experience. Despite my 10 years of experience in customer service, sales, and fast-paced environments, I’ve rarely seen service this poor from the start. My family and I left frustrated and asked to speak with the manager, Joe, who thankfully handled the situation professionally, apologized for the treatment we received, and gave us a $60 coupon for a future meal. This experience was deeply disappointing, and based on the way the staff treated customers from the moment we walked in, I personally would not consider returning to this location. It was a frustrating reminder that some employees have no basic training in courtesy, professionalism, or common sense, and it took the manager’s intervention to salvage an otherwise ruined birthday dinner.
