Played this course for the first time and it’s officially my favorite course now. It’s a beautiful course and the groundskeepers maintain this course amazingly. Some challenging holes, but nothing negative to say about this course. Had a therapeutical round to celebrate my 40th birthday. I’ll be playing this course more often.

Beautiful golf course, played in a 4 man scramble tournament. Nice warm day. Staff was very friendly. Would love to play there again soon.

Friendly staff! Food and drinks are very reasonable! Great view of Mt. Hood and surrounding mountains! Golf course was in great shape! Greens punched two weeks ago now in great shape!

This would have been an easy 5-star review or no review at all if it wasn’t for the Marshall. We were the first group of the day, teeing off at 6am. We were wrapping up hole 4 when the Marshall approached and gave us a warning to pick up the pace. We were exactly on pace and I tried to explain this to the Marshall, adding that we weren’t the best golfers and that we would try! He then gave his reasoning that we were behind because a group of 3 caught up to us, a group of 4, and we were holding them up. Nothing up to this point had bothered me, but then he said, “You are slow.” I responded, “Thank you.” Then walked away. Holes 5-9 were not enjoyable, ultimately finishing 9 at 1 hr 54 minutes. I explained this to the starter as he was the only Staff present. At the end of our round I explained my experience to the Staff at the Pro shop. Every other staff member had a high standard of Customer service and turned the experience into an overall great experience! We were right on pace, obviously a group of 3 is going to catch up to a group of 4. There should have been no request to pick up pace, but if you feel so inclined to suggest one, perhaps you do it in a cordial manner. I will play Stone Creek again because other than the Marshall, I really enjoyed the experience. Very well kept Course, had the best shot out of the sand I’ve ever had and the Starter even stopped me on my way out to have a chat with me personally. I just hope the next time the Marshall suggests picking up the pace, he is more of a Gentleman.

Have not got to play golf here. Grew up in this area and saw it turn from a cattle pasture to what it is now. Still one of my favorite places to go and enjoy a good walk. The trail is nice, pleasant, and not to long if you just want to take a hr or two out of your day to take a nice stroll around the golf course trail. (UPDATE) I still very much love this place and visiting. Started my walks here again and admit, it's difficult to not love it. At times, I come here to lay my struggles down while on my walks. This time decided to walk backwards and enjoy the view this way too. If could afford a home here along the road at the entrance. Would live here. Be close to family to help when needed, yet at a place I tend to enjoy. It's always beautiful here and seeing all the animals here is a blessing too!
