I’ve bought 3 sets of clubs in 25 years. I absolutely love the service I’ve received there from the entire staff. If you are looking for a great experience getting fit, ask for Matt Greenberg, his knowledge, advice and support throughout the process is top notch! I love the selection, prices and atmosphere. It’s a busy place but they take the time needed with each and every customer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jamie and I really appreciated how easy it was to talk with the team at Fiddler’s Green in Junction City. No pressure, no upselling—just honest advice and support. Huge thank you to Trent for his outstanding customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. This is exactly the kind of place that makes you want to keep coming back.

I went there today driving by and saw it there, and pulled in what an amazing store. I wasn't going to buy much and ended up leaving with a new set of irons. The customer service was amazing as I just browsed every person working there and would check in just to see if I had questions yet.I ended up working with Alex. Very helpful knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with let me try tons of clubs to help me find something that fit me perfectly. I live two and a half hours away and I will drive back just to go shop there and take a day to go golfing. Thank you for your help and great service.

Couldn’t believe my latest experience here. As a frequent returning customer, this has been my go to place. I called ahead in asking if there was anyway my clubs could be extended from the already 1” extension to a 1.5”, and he said that would be no problem and could absolutely be done, I confirmed and double checked and let him know I had an hour and a half ride there. I get there, and they say the only way is by tomorrow. I explained the situation and they said they couldn’t since they would need to heat up the extension and it would take too long (understandable, but the guy on the phone acknowledged that they already had extensions) The biggest issue, the worker was extremely rude and dismissive, even scoffing at the conversation. Lost a customer today, outrageous service from a place that used to be top tier

Not the Welcoming Experience I Expected at the Pro Shop I’ve heard a lot about the Fiddler’s Green pro shop — supposedly one of the largest in the area with a wide selection and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype. After spending a good amount of time browsing and making a purchase, I left feeling more like a transaction than a valued customer. The staff came across as disinterested and rushed, with little effort to engage or offer help unless directly asked. When I did ask a few basic questions about clubs and fitting, the responses felt curt and borderline dismissive, as if I was bothering them. What surprised me most was the lack of warmth or effort to create a welcoming environment. For a shop that caters to golfers of all levels, there was a clear sense that unless you were ready to drop serious money or already part of their "in crowd," you weren’t worth their time. I wanted to support a local golf business and possibly become a regular, but the cold and transactional vibe of the pro shop was a turn-off. I left without the sense of excitement or confidence that should come with buying new gear — just a lingering feeling that I’d rather take my business elsewhere. The only reason I stayed around and made a purchase was from the great customer service from Colby.
