Description

The Links at Oklahoma City is part of the same residential golf concept, offering a relaxed nine-hole layout. The fairways are open, making it beginner-friendly, while water hazards and bunkers add just enough challenge. Its compact design allows for quick rounds, ideal for busy players. Residents enjoy easy access, but it's also open to the public. It's a social hub as much as a golf course, blending lifestyle and recreation.

Misspoke earlier, but statement still stands, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Never have I had a to put in a money order or cashier's check until today. I communicated with the office that my rent would be late this month, and I've done this in the past. In the previous times, I've just gone about paying rent in normal fashion, either online or through the app, +$20 fee when late in the past, but now, totally out of left field, the office is making me go get a money order or cashier's check, deliver it in person to the office, because my "account is locked" and go about a whole bunch of unnecessary BS just to pay for this month. I've never had this problem in the past, and if it has been 'the correct process' the entire time, why has no one enforced it until now? Im not mad about the process, just furious that there is no consistency or communication at this place. I've seen and heard from many on the multitude of car break-ins that take place around the complex, sad to say that my vehicle fell vicitim to these break-ins, and when confronting the front office for assistance with a police report, all they could do was sit by and say how sorry they were. My truck is right next to a security camera, and even though the cameras show signs of life and activity, the office 'couldn't get access to their own cameras, claiming that they don't work in conjunction with the front gates. I was told that they are currently working on getting those back to where they actually work, but it just poses the question, if they were aware of the severity and consistency of the break-ins, why was nothing done in regards to it sooner? Overall, this place does not prioritize the safety or needs of its residents. I just wish, i could goes them lower than 1 star.

A good starter affordable apartment right outside of Edmond with units under $900 at least when I lived there. The units are dated and small but pretty affordable. The maintenance team was always responsive in under 24 hours and I think they were the best part of my experience. The office wasn't bad either. Downside was that the units were old, so walls seemed thin and we could always hear too much of our neighbors, especially the bad ones. Had multiple incidents where cops came for downstairs neighbors and it greatly decreased the feelings of safety. We think downstairs neighbor was abusive to his family. He was at least always screaming and outside yelling at them, banging door, slamming things in his home. If you're a single resident male this place might be alright, but we wouldn't recommend for families or ladies. We've had Had other friends our age renting here in the newer section that faced similar problems. You get what you pay for. Some low respecting residents ruin it for everyone and unfortunately I'm not sure anything can be done about that.

I currently live here today my heat and ac breaks every other month. There is mold growing in the air vents which we breath in and I have kids with health issues honestly they need to tear this whole place down and rebuild it. People break into cars here so don’t leave nothing valuable in your car. The people in the front office don’t care about the tenants problems but hawk you down for rent. We have a roach Infestation when you see baby roaches you know you have a big problem. This is no place to raise your child! Everyday I see more vacant apartments as I walk around and it’s staring to look like a ghost town. Links you need to do better!!!

BEWARE‼️If i could give this complex a 0 stars i would. People constantly speed in the parking lot with no care in the world. There is black mold that maintenance will not come take care of!! There is clumps of hair in the washer and in cabinets. The dryer doesn’t work and the vents are so caked in dust it’s insane… DONT MOVE HERE… it’s disgusting, the office staff are rude as hell and maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The walls are so damn thin you can everything that happens in the next apartment i regret ever moving to this disgusting and unprofessional apartment complex

THIS REVIEW IS FOR GOLF COURSE ONLY! If you are considering a round here, let me offer the clearest advice you will receive: do not. This is not merely a poorly maintained course; it is a masterclass in mismanagement, where a hostile environment and laughable conditions conspire to ruin your day and waste your money. The core of the problem is the power hungry manager, Mark. His reputation precedes him, a fact confirmed by veterans at every local golf shop who simply shake their heads and say, “The guy who runs it is a real jerk and runs the course like an evil villain at a Ren faire ” This isn’t gossip; it is the lived experience of anyone who spends time here. I have witnessed him in heated, physical altercations with groundskeepers (whom mark laughably lost that bout and he was in a FATTER weight class) and have been personally subjected to his screaming, red-faced tirades in the parking lot, threatening bans for no reason. He presides over the property with an air of volatile entitlement, often smelling of a cheap margarita, and acting like a 36 year hangover. Creating an atmosphere of tension from the moment you arrive. This toxic leadership manifests in every facet of the operation. The promised “amenities” consist of a dirty clubhouse that feels more like a neglected shed, featuring a dusty vending machine and a couple, randomly placed $100 Puma shirts. Do not expect basic conveniences like water coolers or on-course restrooms—they simply do not exist. The neglect is spectacularly evident on the course itself. The fairways are unfairly tight, often forcing you to play from someone else’s hole. The first three holes are a water-lined ball graveyard, so bring extras. Permanent “cart path only” signs on holes like the 5th testify to chronic, unresolved swamps of mud. The yardage markers scattered on the course are notoriously inaccurate, sometimes off by up to 120 yards, making a rangefinder essential equipment. Most tellingly, the greens are a cosmic joke, pockmarked with unrepaired ball marks and craters like the surface of the moon, often with multiple flags broken or missing entirely. The final, unforgivable insult is the price, which approaches that of well-maintained, professional courses like James E. Stewart. For that same money, you are subjected to a fleet of golf carts that are a genuine safety hazard. My own cart has broken down three times, and I have watched four other groups stranded, forced to either walk back or limp their dying cart to the clubhouse. In summary, you will overpay for the privilege of navigating a muddy, treacherous layout with lunar greens, using broken equipment, all under the threatening gaze of an unstable bio-polar manager. Who likes the sauce a lil too much. It is a perfect storm of failure. Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind. Go literally anywhere else, but if you want a comparable price with an actual golf experience, go to James E. Stewart. This place is not just bad; it is an anti-golf experience.
