I liked the location of the apartments, but the complex has trash everywhere and broken glass outside of garbage bins. It seems like no one living there cares about presentation or cleanliness. The manager named Chasity sent out a note that said “Reminder to keep our property clean.” That definitely got through to people! ….NOT! I don’t really know what all work she does, if any. I had mold all over my vents and walls. All maintenance did was change out the vent but not clean inside the vent so mold spread again. Had to put in another service request. I started developing a cough from the amount of mold in the apartment. Once maintenance came and did whatever they did, they didn’t clean up their mess they left. Saw a few roaches and maintenance had pest control come to my apartment and spray. I sent a service request to maintenance with pics about a hole under my dishwasher where they were probably entering the apartment but nothing was done about it. The security cameras don’t even work in the parking lots. I did NOT renew my lease here after 1 year! AVOID THESE APARTMENTS! Live here if you want to sacrifice your own health!

Nice fun course for the money. Affordable- and Mark at the pro shop is very nice and accommodating. This is a links course sitting within an apartment complex; so it’s tight and you have to pay attention to where you’re going. All in all though, definitely will go back - had a good time…

Horrible apartments. Honestly so fed up with the way they treat their residents. I am literally trying to pay my rent right now online and they REFUSE to let me because I was a day late which never happens I just forgot and now they’re making me have to find a place when I get off work very late to get a money orders worth $1200 to take to them to pay rent which IVE BEEN PAYING ON TIME FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. It’s going to be ridiculously stressful to try and figure out a way to find money orders as late as I get off and get them to a place that’s already closed to make my rent more late. When they could just let me pay the way I’ve been paying but no they want to be jerks and make everything more stressful for you. I got wayyy better treatment living in the hood on south side. Staff never helps with anything I ever ask help with. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be and if you get any damage to your vehicle(which you will) from golf balls it’s on you to pay to fix.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR GOLF COURSE ONLY! If you are considering a round here, let me offer the clearest advice you will receive: do not. This is not merely a poorly maintained course; it is a masterclass in mismanagement, where a hostile environment and laughable conditions conspire to ruin your day and waste your money. The core of the problem is the power hungry manager, Mark. His reputation precedes him, a fact confirmed by veterans at every local golf shop who simply shake their heads and say, “The guy who runs it is a real jerk and runs the course like an evil villain at a Ren faire ” This isn’t gossip; it is the lived experience of anyone who spends time here. I have witnessed him in heated, physical altercations with groundskeepers (whom mark laughably lost that bout and he was in a FATTER weight class) and have been personally subjected to his screaming, red-faced tirades in the parking lot, threatening bans for no reason. He presides over the property with an air of volatile entitlement, often smelling of a cheap margarita, and acting like a 36 year hangover. Creating an atmosphere of tension from the moment you arrive. This toxic leadership manifests in every facet of the operation. The promised “amenities” consist of a dirty clubhouse that feels more like a neglected shed, featuring a dusty vending machine and a couple, randomly placed $100 Puma shirts. Do not expect basic conveniences like water coolers or on-course restrooms—they simply do not exist. The neglect is spectacularly evident on the course itself. The fairways are unfairly tight, often forcing you to play from someone else’s hole. The first three holes are a water-lined ball graveyard, so bring extras. Permanent “cart path only” signs on holes like the 5th testify to chronic, unresolved swamps of mud. The yardage markers scattered on the course are notoriously inaccurate, sometimes off by up to 120 yards, making a rangefinder essential equipment. Most tellingly, the greens are a cosmic joke, pockmarked with unrepaired ball marks and craters like the surface of the moon, often with multiple flags broken or missing entirely. The final, unforgivable insult is the price, which approaches that of well-maintained, professional courses like James E. Stewart. For that same money, you are subjected to a fleet of golf carts that are a genuine safety hazard. My own cart has broken down three times, and I have watched four other groups stranded, forced to either walk back or limp their dying cart to the clubhouse. In summary, you will overpay for the privilege of navigating a muddy, treacherous layout with lunar greens, using broken equipment, all under the threatening gaze of an unstable bio-polar manager. Who likes the sauce a lil too much. It is a perfect storm of failure. Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind. Go literally anywhere else, but if you want a comparable price with an actual golf experience, go to James E. Stewart. This place is not just bad; it is an anti-golf experience.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! BLACK MOLD, NON COMMUNICATIVE FRONT OFFICE, THEFT, ROACHES AND MORE! My roommate and I lived here from 2022 to 2024. We were supposed to move in early February, got told we had to move in January 29th or we would lose our unit, but they didn’t even have our keys ready until 7PM that night. The apartment was in horrible condition. Highlight being the black mold in the shower that was caulked over. They didn’t come to fix anything from our maintenance form till a month later and didn’t even fix any of the items requested. Whoever “sprays” for bugs will either skip you or just spray one part of the room and leave. We had a roach problem within 4 months that went away for a little bit until a couple months later it happened again. We also had scorpions. They don’t alert you about anything that’s happening, and if they do, it’s last minute. They barely gave notice for us to get key cards for the front gate that just got fixed, but it only lasted a day because it was still broken and wouldn’t open. They never touched it again. They never gave us notice about people painting the front areas of our units, which left wet paint there all day that I had to step through to just get in and out of my unit. We had a pipe burst that took days to get fixed and also took even longer fixing the hole. The “fix” also sunk in to the wall making a lump in that spot. We had a leak in our AC unit that dripped water on the carpet that took 9 MONTHS to fix despite multiple calls and 8 work orders, which they would complete and not come or just replace the filter.. They also raised the rent from $890 to $1020 after our first lease. 2 months after the fix, black mold started to grow out of our air vents in the living space and kitchen, which took days for them to do something about despite our work order. Pool was always closed for maintenance, the work out facility was terrible and had broken machines, my car was ransacked once, the occupancy rules in the lease agreement are a joke and make no sense, and they took half our deposit for “cleaning” and “painting” which I know they didn’t do well. Shame because the front office seemed nice and the space itself was great. Hope management changes or it gets sued to the ground.
