Lived here for almost 3 years, place is a joke. It was dirty when I moved in. Property is not maintained, broken sidewalks, stairs, holes in yard. My stairs actually crumbled as I was walking down them. Called the office and got told they would make note. I ended up with knee surgery, it still took them a month to fix the stairs. People under me were hoarders, the smell, the bugs, and there porch full of mice, all started eminating upstairs, they did not care. Super happy to have left. If you have any issues while living here, do not look for management to help you. Jennifer is the queen of hiding.

Best complex in Norman, I wish I hadn’t moved sometimes but I wanted a fenced yard. 24-48 hour maintenance response, only place I’ve seen that offers regular and easy pest control (spiders were our only issue, but it’s expected on a golf course! comes with the land), adored all the wildlife, always quiet, great location with the walmart. Interior was a touch dated. Lived there for two years and they replaced the carpets after many tenants, not sure if it was every tenant or only those with pets but I loved that they do that. Be mindful that they continue your lease unless you give them something like a 2 months notice, I’ve heard that can be difficult to get out of but read your lease and set a calendar appointment like you should be with any annual subscription and you’re golden. They also did regular exterior washing and painting, which has not been my experience elsewhere. They really do care for and take care of the property.

I TRIED to get a month to month rent, since I knew I was going to be moving soon. They refused! So when I lost my job, I just moved out early. They didn't like it, but I didn't care! They wouldn't work with me, so I left them a mess to clean up, even though they gave me a bad credit rating. It was well worth it! If I could give them a worse rating I would, all because of the manager unwillingness to work with anyone! Good ridens!

Smokers are super welcome, if you smoke in the apartment and it flows into the other they don’t care. Treat you as if everyone enjoys smoke filled apartments, as a renter be ready. They offer air cleaners to place in the apt but then tell you it’s not their problem. Good luck if you have asthma. Average air quality 72% most evenings.

We had HORRIBLE bed bugs, they never treated the entire building so the bugs just moved unit to unit. Ended up moving out how bad it got and then had to continue to pay our lease there and somewhere else because they wouldn’t make it right. Stay away!
