DO NOT MOVE TO THE LINKS AT MUSTANG CREEK IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!! I have lived at this apartment for almost 2 years, and in August of 2024 I began to notice BLACK MOLD COMING OUT OF OUR AIR VENTS. Naturally I contacted Maintenance to report this issue and have it resolved. While I was out of the apartment a maintenance rep stopped by my apartment to address the issue. Only problem is when they "Fixed" the issue, all they did was replace the vent itself and scrubbed the residue on the wall WITH SCRUBBING BUBBLES AND JUST PAINTED OVER IT. Fast forward to April 2025 the black mold is back and has spread all over our apartment. I do not know how long my family has been breathing in this mold, but it has seriously affected our health. I contacted the maintenance again and they sent a maintenance rep at 9PM with a LOADED HANDGUN TUCKED IN HIS WAIST. He sprayed what smelled like BLEACH on all of our windows (which also had black mold on them) and left. The next morning the head of maintenance who goes by Austin came at 11am and sprayed our air vents with THE SAME BLEACH MIXTURE AND DID NOT TURN OFF OUR AC. This caused bleach fumes to disperse throughout our apartment to the point where we needed to evacuate. It even made me sick so much that I vomited when I arrived at my parents' house. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS HEALTH!!!!! This has affected my family's health so bad that I am forced to move. However the office notified me that in order to end my lease early, I would need to pay them TWO MONTHS RENT!!! So if you are considering living at the links consider the fact that you may end up breathing in black mold every day you live there and if you get tired of it, then it will cost you double your rent. Their motivation it to bleed you dry and keep you sick. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

We just renewed our lease. We would not have stayed were it not for how fantastic the management and maintenance are. The office is so professional but so nice. The maintenance responds to work requests faster than anywhere I've ever seen or heard of. We are habitual movers; but here, We found home. I wanted to wait until I renewed my lease before I posted this review. From the amenities to the golf course to the walking trails; I can't think of anywhere else I want to live.

I lived in the Greens side for four years, I was the first person in my unit and it was very nice! The appliances and cabinets were solid and worked great throughout my time. I had a 2b2b on the 3rd floor and took a lot of advantage of the little patio space as well as all of the closet storage in the unit! Loved living here over the years. I always took advantage of the pool during the summer and hot tub throughout the year. The workout and tanning facilities were always super clean and I always had very pleasant interactions with the staff. My only negatives were the neighbors my last year and even when I brought my concerns to management, nothing really changed, so that’s why it wasn’t a 5 star review. Would have considered moving to another building in the same complex had life not sent me in another direction.

Can home & opened front door to see this beside my couch. Called office & was told that is common because there is a creek. Then when we first moved in in December of 25 windowsills filled with black mold & the maintenance just scrubbed with bleach. We are continuously smelling marijuana the smells have made myself & granddaughter very sick as i’ve already got bad health problems. We have not had any issues with Management or girls in office just a lot I have issues in and out of our apartment that definitely need to be addressed

These apartments are absolutely awful! You have government employees housed here!!! Just in case you weren’t aware the government is SHUT DOWN. Which means the people working in prisons keeping your nightmares locked up at night WITH NO PAY are still doing it willingly! The fact you sent out an “evection” notice and would not accept a payment a DAY late when provided to you is disgusting!!
