Description

The Links at Oklahoma City is part of the same residential golf concept, offering a relaxed nine-hole layout. The fairways are open, making it beginner-friendly, while water hazards and bunkers add just enough challenge. Its compact design allows for quick rounds, ideal for busy players. Residents enjoy easy access, but it's also open to the public. It's a social hub as much as a golf course, blending lifestyle and recreation.

If you are considering implementing new regulations for your customers, such as a dress code and adjusted business hours, it would be appropriate to also consider raising the standards for your course.

People break into cars 1-3 times a month. Over crowded with lack of security. I’ve had maintenance requests in for a month and a half about my air filter mold and water damage causing mold in my kitchen from upstairs neighbor. the subfloor above my apartment was supposedly repaired when last tenant moved out but still sounds like they’re about to fall through my bedroom. I actually had to call an okc inspector about my subfloor and he threatened to give them a fine if they did not send him a receipt for repair. I believe there was also a shooting and a stabbing in the complex last month. They don’t even have a playground for almost 1000 apartments… Now been without a living room window going on a month and a half with over 100 degree temps due to a golfball. And had a water leak at the meter for over 2 months that maintenance ignored leaving me with $200 water bills each month. Never again will I rent here. Update!!! Sept 23, 2022 Water was off for 3 days in a row. Water company informed management 5 days before coming to fix a main line and nothing was told to the residents. This was multiple buildings without water for days and this is going to happen more in the future due to trees planted on the main and near water valves. Doesn’t stop them from raising rates. I’m moving out this November and they told me they need my forward address to charge me more than my deposit. Keep in mind there has been constant water leakage creating mud in front of the apartment for 7 months now. They will not give me a courtesy carpet cleaning, (like they promise after renewing your lease) from my 3 year olds that have to walk through a parking lot full of mud, and are just telling me they’ll bill me for the carpet after trying to clean it once after I move out.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! BLACK MOLD, NON COMMUNICATIVE FRONT OFFICE, THEFT, ROACHES AND MORE! My roommate and I lived here from 2022 to 2024. We were supposed to move in early February, got told we had to move in January 29th or we would lose our unit, but they didn’t even have our keys ready until 7PM that night. The apartment was in horrible condition. Highlight being the black mold in the shower that was caulked over. They didn’t come to fix anything from our maintenance form till a month later and didn’t even fix any of the items requested. Whoever “sprays” for bugs will either skip you or just spray one part of the room and leave. We had a roach problem within 4 months that went away for a little bit until a couple months later it happened again. We also had scorpions. They don’t alert you about anything that’s happening, and if they do, it’s last minute. They barely gave notice for us to get key cards for the front gate that just got fixed, but it only lasted a day because it was still broken and wouldn’t open. They never touched it again. They never gave us notice about people painting the front areas of our units, which left wet paint there all day that I had to step through to just get in and out of my unit. We had a pipe burst that took days to get fixed and also took even longer fixing the hole. The “fix” also sunk in to the wall making a lump in that spot. We had a leak in our AC unit that dripped water on the carpet that took 9 MONTHS to fix despite multiple calls and 8 work orders, which they would complete and not come or just replace the filter.. They also raised the rent from $890 to $1020 after our first lease. 2 months after the fix, black mold started to grow out of our air vents in the living space and kitchen, which took days for them to do something about despite our work order. Pool was always closed for maintenance, the work out facility was terrible and had broken machines, my car was ransacked once, the occupancy rules in the lease agreement are a joke and make no sense, and they took half our deposit for “cleaning” and “painting” which I know they didn’t do well. Shame because the front office seemed nice and the space itself was great. Hope management changes or it gets sued to the ground.

The Links is a great complex to live in if you like to drive a car that has no windows in it. Photos were taken 10/16/2022. My car has been broken into 3 times in this complex.
