Description

Founded in 1911, McAlester Country Club is one of Oklahoma's oldest private clubs. It was later influenced by Perry Maxwell, whose shaping is evident in the sloping greens and fairway contours. The par 70 layout emphasizes accuracy over length, with water and bunkers guarding key landing zones. A tree lined parkland design, it provides a traditional club atmosphere. It continues to serve as a golf and social landmark in southeast Oklahoma.

Went to an event here. The facility was decorated perfectly for the event ( Opulence Vampire Ball). The facility was spacious and clean. I haven't seen it in the day light, but I imagine it's lovely then too!

Kids are taking swimming lessons there. Everyone is so nice. Chellea and Daveika are absolutely loving it and learning so much. Thanks y'all.

Was there for a reunion. Excellent facilities. Beautiful area setting overlooking the 1st tee onto the golf course.

We absolutely love having dinner at the 1911 Steak House (Mcalester Country Club)! The food is amazing, the service is great and you can't match the atmosphere! And the prices are very reasonable.
