The rent is reasonable and we have a nice view of a golf course. However, there are some downfalls to this place and “you get what you pay for” is a true statement here. We have complained on several occasions about our AC. It runs non stop in the summer because the units old and they will not replace them. Electric gets real expensive because of that. (Over $200/mo for a 2 bedroom to keep cool) The swimming pool is very nice but if you work a 9-5 job, you can only enjoy it on the weekends because the pool closes at 6pm every day! The property manager has demonstrated an intimidating behavior towards me and other residents that voiced their complaints and is unwilling to accommodate any changes. I would recommend talking with other residents here before choosing this place.

THIS IS ONLY CONCERNING THE GOLF COURSE AND ITS EMPLOYEES****Been here a few times overall for what it is I liked the place. But you’re still paying quite a bit more than you should. Still doesn’t bother me enough to not go. What does on the other hand is when the employee working doesn’t want to make food because they were too busy. First of all the man was working the desk and the woman (the person who declined to make food) was just standing there doing absolutely nothing. If you guys can’t make the food just simply don’t offer it either way not my problem. Will definitely just take my money else where. Ignoring the fact the greens look like the beaches of d day and the customer service from a particular employee was garbage it’s not that bad if everything else is booked and you have no other option.

We stayed here for 6 weeks in the Executive furnished apartments. It was a good value with decent although dated accommodations. Weekly maid service was nice. The front office provided exceptional service. Very responsive to any questions and friendly. Called us after move out to let us know we had left some jewelry items. I would stay here again.

I have lived here 1 1/2 years. I am so disappointed. My appliances are as old as me. Frig is broken . Washer only works on 1 cycle and then does not clean my cloths. The dust, oh my god, I clean up and by the end of the day my floors are covered with dust. My Docter says I cannot live here anymore because of my heart. The parking lot is a mess. I trip on garbage and fell. So many other thing are wrong. This is not what I was shown before I moved in. They would not let me see this apartment before I moved in, if so I would not have taken it. I want to move closer to my daughter with the same company and I have to repay another deposit, go through another credit check for the same company just different location. Oh my, if Icould take pictures to show how some of the things are fixed, They put a piece of cardboard under my toilet to keep it from warbling. So many other things. One good thing is good neighbors. I have had two heart attacks and I am dying because of it of it. My Docter said I had to move out because it was so dirty and bey I could not live by myself anyone. I did not sign a lease for my third year and sent and email I did not want to, they told me to sign are get out. Then they sent a message that they renewed it and I said no, my Docter wrote a letter to themm that zI could not live there anymore, so much dust. I also fell 4 times because the parking lot was so dirty and they refuse to put lights that worked outside, I broke my knee and now I need surgery and cannot have it because of my heart condition. They are now threatening me because I moved out and live with help now, I have pictures of the condition and so much mold and mildew. I am trying to to post them but it is set up so you cannot do it. Wonder why. Terri people, all they care about is money and that is why all the good people are moving out. Apply ste as old as me.

Office staff is rude, and not helpful. Maintenance takes days to come and fix something and then it whatever they “fixed” stops working a couple days later. All my appliances are extremely old.
