I’ve golfed in a women’s league at Deer Track for many years. I left for a season due to terrible conditions of the course. Since the new ownership has taken over, they have made tremendous improvements. The employees are very friendly. Very relaxed environment.

Be warned. Went there for my Labor Day holiday .booked a 3 o’clock tee time for 18 holes just like the website said (the official one mind you, not a third party one) get there and the manager and/ or owner who was just as abrasive as these fairways told us we were cut off to only 9 holes and was charged 35$ and not 28$ like their website said(if your gonna have two ways to book a tee time, call/website at least make it right or honor it). Was very displeased at the state of the course too all greens,fairways and tee boxes look like this. I remember being there awhile ago and was not nearly as bad, something happend these last few months. Will not be coming back again

Deer track with the new ownership and new management staff has improved significantly! I play her multiple times a week and the course is always in great shape and the staff is the best around. If you haven’t been here in years give it another try!

Charge the same for greens fees whether you walk or ride. You'd think they'd put some of that money to dealing with the crab grass on the greens. After reading some more recent reviews, I'm going to 1 star, from 2. Between the greens looking and playing the way they do, and charging the same for a round walking as with a cart, it's clear that they are only trying to turn profit here, not maintain the course. I have never played at another place where walking is the same cost as riding. I've also never had to putt on a crab grass obstacle course. Every hole is like this.

I should have taken pictures of this place, but there is absolutely no way they should be accepting tee times and charging people to play here. I've been playing golf my whole life and I've never seen a course in this bad of shape. I'm pissed I got up on my day off and drove an hour to play here. The greens are all brown with very little grass, and the fairways, well are not fairways. There's nowhere on this course that you can hit off Grass, you will be looking for weeds to place your ball on. Avoid at all costs.
