Legendary Run Golf Course in Cincinnati is themed after famous international golf holes. Each hole is modeled after courses in Ireland, Scotland, and beyond, creating a unique playing experience. The front nine offers open fairways with a links-style feel, while the back nine winds through wooded terrain. Known for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, it's a favorite for both casual play and outings. The course is complemented by a spacious practice area and event facilities.

Great time! 18 holes is like playing two different courses. The front 9 is a little more open from the tees. The back 9 is more tight thru the trees and traps.

We played this sunday. We didnt play wholes 5,16,17,18 and it still took us 4 hours and 54 mins. The group infront of us played with 5 people and got upset with us when our group said something. I do not recommend playing here the course is great. But the management crams to many people into. I understand they need to make money but they should be more tentative towards the flow of people l. Also it wouldn't hurt if they coached people on the proper educate of golf manners.

Very challenging and unique courses, all designed with the natural hills and wild forests. Almost all courses are par 4 or 5. If you play all 18 holes, it'll take you 5 hours.

So i want to be clear the actual golf course itself is better than a 3. Its more like a 4. Now for what to expect A nice course with a challenging layout. Front 9 is links style and very open. Back 9 is more American woods style. Greens roll true with some gnarly breaks. Some of the tee boxes were a little beat but mostly in good condition. Bunkers play nice and are better sand than most but I wouldn't call it fluffy sand. None of the holes really jumped out as scenic or signature worthy. The problems: Pace of play. I only got in 14 holes in 4 hours and had to leave with no break to the madness in sight. This is controllable by a course. ESPECIALLY when they have GPS carts that can tell when you are behind pace. Send out rangers and tell the slow group to skip a hole, speed up, or be done. The tee times were likely too close as well as a cart was not available until right before we set off. The other thing that bugged me was bathroom at the clubhouse was filthy. Both toilets were disgusting. Feces on the toilet paper roll in the one stall. No paper towels in either dispenser. I am not sure the last time the floor was mopped. Closing thoughts Again the course itself is a nice course though nothing earth shattering. The shop was pretty and well stocked. But when things you can control like bathroom cleanliness and pace of play are out of hand they become a large factor. I won't fault a course terribly for conditions faced by everyone due to weather. But controllable things...come on. Do better.

I have always considered this a higher end course. It has character, is fun to play and always in good shape. I didn't mind paying the extra money to play because it was worth it. I played there last week. I paid the $64 on a Thursday morning. . I wasn't happy about it, but l know there is some value there. Well, l have never seen this course in that bad of shape. The teeboxes were chewed up and bare. There was crabgrass in the fringes of the beat up greens. There was a lack of grass in most fairways. Yet, it was still $64. Golfers beware. Go to Blue Ash or Elks Run. Those courses are both less and in much better shape. I probably won't be back to Legendary this year, if ever. I expect a better product for that kind of money.
