This course does not deserve a Country Club label. It is NOT historically what it once was. It is taking advantage of it's patrons. The embarrassment associated with this course extends to the golf fees they charge for a course that is dangerous to be upon, along with the so called cart paths; which are nothing but narrow dirt paths with 6-8" side drops, sand traps composed of dried out dirt, cement like bottoms or filled up like a mud pond. Trap rakes are caked with mud, clothing has been left in piles along sand trap, holes and drainage holes left opened and unmarked. However, they have invested big money in an upscale GPS system for their carts, when this course is not even close to being upscale. Restraunt has decent food. One waitress and bar tender seem to be overwhelmed. Bar tender provided limited availability, when there was only 2 people at bar and two small groups inside. There was a group on deck outside. Not sure if the bar tender was out there. Not sure where she was. One waitress servicing a large party in center area. Upon coming here before, girls in the outside food shack were fantastic. Will not be coming back, due to overpriced course fees for a course in poor condition.

The course is fine, the golf carts are nice and the girl working the food stand was a sweetheart. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because when checking in, Andy at the front was doing something on his phone without greeting us and when he finally did he was extremely rude. He acted like we were inconveniencing him by being there. I seriously wanted to leave immediately because his attitude was so bad. Why you’d have someone like that “greeting” people is horrendous. We had another encounter with a different staff member and he wasn’t much better. Needless to say we won’t be returning. Plus it wasn’t cheap to golf there. Do better lake shore.

This was at one point my favorite place to golf. However after witnessing SEVERAL extremely rude interactions between friends/family of mine dealing with the Starter, I cannot in good faith return. He should be ashamed of himself the way he talks to people. I felt so embarrassed that this was the place I chose to take my family out of state, after the way he spoke to them. He is clearly a power seeker and thrives off of that. Let me know if you get a replacement. Thanks.

Beautiful!!! Lots of amazing places to watch the sunset on the lake!!!

Had a great experience here this morning. It was my first time golfing here and it was a good choice. The greens were perfect. It was very early so it was a little wet but no fault to the course. The golf carts we clean and gps which is always helpful.
