We recently celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at the Port Jefferson Country Club, and it could not have been more perfect! From the very beginning, working with Mirian was an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond to help me bring my vision to life, allowed me the time to decorate and was always available to answer any questions along the way. The Venue itself is newly renovated, and the view is breathtaking, it added so much to the atmosphere and made the night feel extra special. The staff was exceptional. attentive and professional. The Maitre D Megan was lovely and very attentive throughout the evening. One of the waiters (whose name I unfortunately don't know) went out of his way to engage with my 5-year-old son when he had a question. He always had a smile on his face and made such a thoughtful impression. I can't recommend Port Jefferson Country Club enough for anyone looking to host a memorable event.

Excitedly went to this venue with friends for dinner and fireworks on July 3rd. First learned that venue was double booked (wedding on lower level) limiting access to a large part of the venue. Food was adequate at best….when we were lucky enough to get it! Table in front of us was offered fresh appetizers and if we were lucky we’d get what was left. Fireworks show was cancelled because of bad weather (clearly not their fault)……however in order to come back to enjoy the rescheduled show we were required to pay AGAIN. Already paid over $350 for the 3 of us and asked to pay more for rescheduled fireworks????? UNACCEPTABLE! Previous years the food, service and show was amazing. This new management has much to learn about proper customer satisfaction.

I’ve had a fantastic experience playing at Port Jeff CC over the past couple of years. The staff are welcoming and kind, creating a truly inviting atmosphere—you feel the hospitality from the moment you arrive. From the gentlemen and lady who greet you and handle your bags, to the pro shop team who check you in, and the starters who keep everything on schedule while still taking the time to connect with players and emphasize respect for the course—it’s clear they care. The grounds crew here is outstanding—hardworking, friendly, and consistently maintaining the course in excellent condition. Having played many courses, I’ve found most grounds crews focus solely on the task at hand, and while that’s true here as well, this team goes the extra mile. The same sense of hospitality you feel at the clubhouse extends onto the course. They are courteous to golfers playing on holes they’re maintaining and always make a point to wave, smile, or say good morning. In my opinion, the membership offers the best value in the area, with a large practice green, complimentary range balls, and everything you could want in a membership. The course is challenging in the best way, featuring dramatic elevation changes, strategic bunkering, and sloped fairways and greens. It demands creativity and variety—no two rounds I’ve played there have ever been the same. The food at the turn is outstanding. The chefs have done an excellent job with the new menu—simple, but packed with flavor. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for a course of this quality. Coming from a restaurant background myself, I’m impressed by the head chef’s presence and work ethic. Despite the demanding nature of the job, he always offers a warm hello and is clearly hands-on. I highly recommend Port Jeff CC. Honestly, I can’t find a single flaw.

Went to The Club for Brunch and I don't know where to stop with compliments. This place is laid back, quiet, inviting and luxurious. The food was good, the views were spectacular and the service was well above average. I certainly be coming back to experience their dinner menu and ambiance.
