Our daughter's wedding took place early August 2025 at West Hills Country Club. It was the most perfect day and we cannot say enough great things about this beautiful venue. Both Reimonda and Michelle were fantastic during the planning process. They made planning the wedding a great experience. On the day of the wedding both Roxy and Brylee were awesome. The bride and groom both got ready on site and Brylee took such great care of them from the moment they arrived until departure at the end of the night. Roxy and her team made sure the wedding ran extremely smooth. The set up, and the service was first rate, and most importantly the food was amazing! We highly recommend West Hills Country Club.

I have to write this review due to the lack of caring on upper managements end. I got married in 2023 on a Sunday and unfortunately the west hills staff didn’t come through for me or make me a priority for most of the day. The morning of my wedding, a staff member came to check in on me and my girls at 10am, she told me she would be leaving by 11am and her boss Jimmy would be checking in on us throughout the day if we needed anything. I was told water, orange juice, champagne and soft drinks would be provided. Around 10:30am we noticed the TV was not working we asked for someone to help us with it. Olivia told us Jimmy would come; he never did. We waited for Jimmy so he can fix the tv and provide soft drinks etc., nothing. I don’t drink much other than soft drinks that’s why I made sure to ask Michelle if it was provided and she said yes. No one came to check on me and my girls for 31/2 hours and the only reason someone came at that time was because my bridesmaids were starting to freak out due to the lack of caring by the staff and ran around the country club to find someone. I did see Jimmy during this time giving tours (I guess that was more important). Once my sister finally found a staff member, she seemed annoyed that she was bothering her but brought me what I asked for. By 4:00pm some of my guests started to arrive (earlier than expected) and my setup was not finished. Roxie really tried her best but clearly management didn’t give her enough staff to execute my wedding properly. Ariana was such a great addition to the team and made me feel like it was all about me (that’s how I should’ve felt all day). I was told the schedule was that way due to a party the night before. Once I approached Jimmy the next day, he was passive aggressive and insisted that I only get what was promised if I pay for a package of food that I can’t eat (due to an autoimmune disease I have). It’s actually rather sad that I was promised these things, but they went back on their word. I have the emails from Michelle of her telling me it’s provided while me and my girls are getting ready. I requested a meeting with the team because of how disappointed I was, and it didn’t go anywhere. Jimmy kept insisting I should’ve paid them even more to get the service that was promised to me, mind you I paid them over 20k alone for just catering and service fees. He also gave me the excuse they’re short staffed - again, not my problem. My florist said she has never seen a bride get treated the way I did. She was completely shocked and mentioned it to Roxie. Hair and makeup also had a lot to say about the lack of staff, dirty door in the bridal suite and the early 2000 iPod dock that can’t connect to a modern-day phone. They need to do better. They forgot my seating chart as well. Most people were already in the ceremony area once someone ran up the steps with it. This caused confusion with my guests. About 48 of my favors weren’t put out and thank God I noticed and notified the staff. Also, the beer they said would be provided was not, the menu was different which I thought was strange because a week prior I contacted them because I was doing the bar menu. I asked Michelle 3 times to make sure the tent was clean because it had dirt marks on it and she told me she would take care of it. The day of my wedding it was still very dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable closing the tent while it was dirty since I didn’t want my guests to see that. I truly pray no one feels the way I feel on their wedding day. I reflected on it the day after, and I get emotional thinking about how I was treated. I’ve never been treated like I was disposable after paying so much money in my life. *let me add, my review on the knot was reported as fake since I “wasn’t a bride” I had to submit my invoice from west hills to ensure my review would not get deleted because I was in fact a bride and they knew it! Another bride who complained received the same message from the knot. Of course they had to add one last insult to my horrible experience by trying to get my review deleted*

My daughter was married at this venue on a Thursday in May we were outside using the permanent tent structure. This place was so awesome. The food was fantastic we are still get complimented on the wedding. Roxie and her crew were soooo incredibly attentive. I would highly recommend this venue the view, the food, the staff. I can’t say one negative comment; from seeing the venue to the end of the night everything was handled with professionalism and humor. Roxie and staff were beyond amazing.

We had our wedding here this July and it was the best day of our lives! We loved West Hills as our venue the moment we saw it and truly could not have imagined a better place to get married. The grounds are beautiful and we loved the indoor/outdoor feel of the venue. It made for an amazing summer wedding and was truly unlike any other venue we have seen. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and the best/most food they’ve ever seen at a wedding. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Corina, Michelle, and Jim were all a pleasure to work with while planning our wedding and answered every email, phone call and question we had leading up to the day. They took so much stress off of the planning process. The day of we had Roxy and Lily as our maitre d and bridal attendant and they were amazing! They were so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed all day and night. We truly feel this is the best place ever to get married and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Just had my wedding there on Friday and it was everything I dreamed of and more. Roxy and Payton were absolutely incredible. Payton was with me the entire time and she kept me calm throughout the entire experience. She is seriously amazing and if you get her you are extremely lucky. Roxy always ensured everything went smoothly and that my husband and I were happy. The staff were on top of everything. I have guests messaging me on how incredible West Hills is. Thank you so much for such an incredible wedding!
