Good course. 3 stars because they let members on the course while we were in a private tournament. Members were very rude to our group rushing us on each hole. I understand they may be better golfers and more experienced but they should have been warned of a tournament before starting or not be allowed on the course during that time.

Been golfing here for 20 years. I show up by myself to play a quick 9 and there’s a junior event going on. Not a word from the pro shop that the last grouping just got done on 1 so I immediately catch them on 2. Nothing but 10+ minutes between shots all because the pro shop didn’t want to give me the heads up. Place is not what it use to be.

I have been a member here since Steve and Barb bought the course and every year I have been here they are always making improvements. The course is totally different from when the previous owners ran it. I have bought several sets of clubs from Steve and have been fitted perfectly each time. Steve is very knowledgeable about teaching aspects of the game and anytime I ask him a question about my game he always will give me an answer. As for the agronomy staff Alan (course superintendent) is a wizard. Alan’s main crew which consists of Pete,Randy,Ron Mike and Marty are all very friendly and do a hell of a job with the course. As for the people working at the pro shop they do a nice job with tee times and keep the operation running smooth. Steve’s wife Barb keeps the members informed via texts regarding course events, course conditions and openings and closings. I would recommend this course to anyone.

I rate the course 4 stars based upon the course conditions and layout but for the value it’s 5 stars. The course is pretty open so you can spray your tee shots a bit and stay out of trouble. There are a few holes were it helps to position your tee shot on one side or the other. Tee boxes were in good shape and flat. Fairways were good but contain a lot of weeds. There not a lot of bunkers but the few they have were in decent shape. The greens are small, receptive and rolled smooth. If you play here check the card before picking the tees to play from. The average guy always assumes to play the white. The white here play to almost 6800 yards. If you hit under 250 off the tee you are going to have a hard time reaching several par 4s in two. The black (6300 yards) are more like the typical white tees.

A beautiful golf course with a challenging layout. Very well maintained.
