Rude Owner, broken ATM, and embarrassing treatment in front of My Kids I took my two sons golfing for what was supposed to be a fun, bonding day. I planned to pay for 18 holes, but when we got there, the ATM was broken, and they only take cash and didn’t offer any other way to pay. I only had enough cash for nine holes, but since the course was practically empty, we figured it wouldn’t be a big deal to try out a few holes on the front and a couple on the back. The owner and his daughter approached us near the boat area. Rather than handling the situation respectfully, they confronted me in front of my sons, questioned my integrity, and rudely implied that my sons might not even be related to me which was an unnecessary and humiliating remark. They told us we couldn’t continue past the front nine, even though their broken ATM and lack of alternatives were clearly at fault. No one else was on the course, so it wasn’t like we were disrupting play or sneaking onto a packed back nine. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect or condescension at any golf course. If you’re a parent looking for a smooth, welcoming place to enjoy time with your kids, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Place is an absolute joke. Rude as hell. We were kicked off for having 7 people which 5 we paid to golf 1 of which is handicapped and 1 was walking. Nice day and not 1 other person golfing. Go figure. Treat customers like that and expect to get business. The daughter comes down to us and screams at the top of her lungs instead of speaking to us. We would've been more then happy to pay the extra fees for my wife to ride. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GOLF COURSE WHATSOEVER

Our family stopped here on a recommendation from a friend who was on vacation and set up for the week. We are readying our home for a move across country and needed a spot for us, 3 teens and our 2 dogs. We have been here around 9 or 10 days now. And I have to say that I am sad to go. Everyone here, for the most part, has been awesome. Friendly owners, permanent campers and visitors. Our site is an extremely easy in and out for our 32 foot rig. Dump station, plenty of Porta potties, showers and lots of space. And we got alot of use out of the golf course. My husband has pretty much mastered the back 9. Nice clean pool as well! When we travel back to NY, we will definitely come back. Thank you Fire Fox for your warm hospitality!
