Costs so much for so little. The course is in horrible condition- which is totally fine as long the price reflects this. The municipal courses in the area are in much better condition and are a legitimate fraction of the price. The tee boxes didn’t have tee distances or tee signs. The pace of play will consume your entire day. This course has potential to either be an affordable cow pasture or a dignified golf course with good conditions and a maintained course. Unfortunately, they choose to be neither. A realistic weekend price should be $23 to walk and $40 to ride for the condition and pace of the course. $64 for a weekend rate is a complete robbery. Improve the conditions and make this a dignified course or own up to the way it is a drop your prices.

I’m writing to express my disappointment following my recent round at your course. My tee time was at 8:52 AM, but by 11:40 AM, my group had only completed 9 holes. The group of three ahead of us was moving very slowly and created a significant backup, affecting not only our group but at least three groups behind us. We raised the issue with the course marshal, but unfortunately, no action was taken to address the slow pace of play. After returning to the clubhouse, we inquired about a rain check or some form of accommodation, given that we were unable to complete our round in a reasonable amount of time. We were told that no adjustments could be made. Spending over three hours to play just 9 holes and being charged the full 18-hole rate of $53 is extremely disappointing. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of intervention and unwillingness to offer any resolution made for a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I will not be returning to the course and cannot recommend it to others at this time. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving course management and customer service moving forward.

Extremely disappointed. Played on May 26th in the morning after booking and paying online. It was extremely foggy and the Pro Shop wouldn't budge on weather/conditions. Had us tee off when you couldn't see 50 feet in front of you - as you can see in the pictures below. This was for the entire round. When I went back in after our round was complete (it wasn't even golf because you couldn't see the hole, your ball, a possible group in front of you, etc.) and asked for some level of compensation, the guy at the desk laughed at me and said "I'm on camera in here, I can't do anything." I wasn't even asking for my money back, just a credit for a future round when you could actually play safely. I was told to leave my phone number and the owner/Pro would call me. Wasn't holding out hope and of course no one ever called. Beyond just unplayable from the fog, you can see some other images below on issues with the course. The same huge divot/mud holes have been in the middle of the fairway #1 near the green for years. I have debated on bringing my own bag of dirt and grass seed from Home Depot to fix it for them. Unfortunately many of greens are diseased as you can see in the images and it's difficult to putt straight because of the veins and issues with the greens. Finally, I have never seen a course with worse cart paths in my life. If I was the company that leased them their golf carts, I would cancel that account immediately. They are undrivable. There are so many better alternatives to this course that are either the same price or in some cases less: Fox Valley, Dande Farms, Glen Oak, Chesnut Hill, Deerwood, Diamond Hawk, Links at Ivy Ridge, Terry Hills and then even municipal courses are in better shape: Audobon, Elma Meadows, Brighton, Sheridan Park, and more. Very disappointed in their "fog/weather" policy and not even a call back when I was promised one.

Course is not as bad as the reviews say. I would say its a little better than Audubon and Grover but worse than Deerwood. Layout is very forgiving and open so you won’t lose too many balls. Still has a few dog holes in a few trees, so it doesn’t feel like an open field like Audubon. Course conditions are a little below average with thick fairways and slow greens but not as bad as the reviews say. The one thing I will say that this course lacks is managing tee times and pace of play. Lots of lone singles and new 4some golfers so expect the course to get backed up a lot.

This place is an absolute disaster of a golf course right now. The conditions are terrible and it really appears that the owner could care less about improving conditions to warrant a $64 greens fee. For starters, the cart paths are the worst in all of WNY. Some asphalt mixed with a lot of gravel, potholes and dirt will quickly scramble your brains when riding these paths. The third hole, which has had dirt piles on it for years has to be saddest hole in the entire region. Several trees were cut down behind the twelfth hole and placed along the fourth hole fairway. These logs have been laying off to the side for the last ten weeks. The tee boxes are very uneven and are rarely ever moved so you'll most likely be hitting off a slanted dirt patch. The carts are often dirty and the GPS sometimes works. The sand traps are rock hard too and have very little sand in them. As for the greens.... They are horrendous! I don't even know if this place has a greenskeeper. If they do, then they have no clue about the importance of rotating hole placements on the greens. They keep the hole in same general area of the green for weeks so the surface resembles more like a plinko board than that of a putting surface. I only play here because my league is here and I cannot tell you the number or birdie and par putts that I missed from inside three feet because of the terrible conditions on these greens. Additionally most people don't even bother to fix their ball marks and my group will iften fix 10-15 of them per hole every week! I don't even think this place owns a roller, that's how bad the greens are. Lastly, the customer service is very below average. I have had to call the clubhouse twice in the last three weeks to make them aware that they were watering the 16th and 17th tee boxes and fairways during league play! IF they answer the phone it takes them forever to shut the water off. There really isn't a lot of urgency when it comes to customer service. The course has potential and I do like the layout of most holes. I really want to like it but the lack of care and maintenance makes it hard to do so. There are other courses that charge similar rates and they are in much better condition. I just wish the owner would put some TLC into this place instead of worrying about the impact improvements will have on his tax assessment.
