The upper golf course is consistently in great condition, and the staff I've encountered are always friendly. However, the reason for my 1-star rating is critical: This past weekend, my truck was broken into on resort property, resulting in the theft of my golf clubs and those of three friends. This occurred while staying in a condo near the 12th tee box. The thieves pried open my locked tonneau cover. An AirTag in one of the bags showed it was dumped just 10 minutes away. The replacement cost for all this equipment is well over $15,000, and our personal insurance claims are facing huge deductibles and denials. This isn't an isolated incident. When we inquired, PnP staff mentioned another similar theft earlier this season from our other group of friends who visited in late May! They lost clubs and cooking gear. We then learned of more club thefts the same weekend as ours. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department and their investigators have been fantastic – professional and diligent. I cannot thank them enough. Peek 'n Peak, however, has offered virtually no meaningful support. As of yesterday, we still haven't received a refund for the round we couldn't play. There's been no offer to help make us whole, even partially. This lack of response, coupled with repeated incidents, is deeply concerning. It's astonishing that a resort of this size in 2025 has no security cameras in crucial areas. Their security team, I'm told, is severely understaffed. These are glaring vulnerabilities that are directly impacting guests and the resort's reputation. PnP, for the sake of your future business and the revenue you bring to this community, you must address this. Invest in adequate security and show your long-standing guests that you value their safety and patronage. Our group, like many others, brings significant revenue to this area year after year. Unfortunately, after 15 years, 2025 may be our final visit unless genuine changes are made. I'm sharing this in detail, as I hope it reaches both golfers planning to stay here and the management at Peek 'n Peak. Your loyal customers deserve better.

Within 2 minutes of pulling into the parking lot I had a golf cart delivered. We had an issue with are cart on #15. Within minutes that had another cart brought to us. Nice check in and snack bar. Great service.

Went here on a weekday, it was really easy to get a tee time when we wanted. Course was absolutely beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed the long fairways and the maintenance of the course. However, as a new golfer, the course was challenging so I would recommend it for intermediate to advanced golfers. Also saw some turkeys on the Course. The one hole with Peak sign was great. Course was also a little pricey.

Loved this course...fairways soft and greens are deceptive but roll true!! so worth the money!! would love to play again!!

Played this week and even with how dry our weather has been the course was still absolutely beautiful. The greens were perfect too. Karissa checked us in and fixed my gift card that wasn’t working. Her and all the staff were pleasant and professional. This is my new favorite course. This course is slightly more challenging than some other local courses but I still scored well because the conditions were so good.
