I usually don’t write bad reviews, but my recent experience at Camillus Golf Course was so frustrating, I felt compelled to share. Firstly, as soon as we arrived (730am) there were no signs or any indication that carts weren’t allowed to go to the parking lot. So like most courses without the signage I brought my cart up to my car to pick up my bag. We were immediately confronted by a maintenance guy who was rude and unhelpful. Continued to give us attitude despite us saying we didn’t know because of the lack of signage you couldn’t bring the carts up. It’s a simple detail that was completely overlooked, adding to the overall lack of care for customer experience. Then the whole front nine we are behind a group of 4 which was fine. We had a group of 4 ourselves so we let the group infront take there time so we did not hit too aggressively at them, the park ranger harassed us the turn for allegedly playing “too slow,” even though we stated there was a group of 4 infront of us. He did not only do this once but circled around to give us attitude a second time.We finished our 18 holes in under four hours, so it felt completely unnecessary and honestly rude. It ruined the vibe of the day. On top of that, the course conditions were subpar. The tee boxes were horribly uneven, making it hard to even set up a decent shot. For the price they’re charging, I expected much better conditions. It’s just not worth it when you’re paying that much for something so poorly maintained. Definitely won’t ever be back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great course that is a little out of the way. Everything is well maintained and the new clubhouse is great. The greens are all well kept and you are definitely going to have a good time.

Even more beautiful of a course than I remember playing 35+ years ago. Highly recommend.

Wholeheartedly echo the previous reviews. Good little track, tee boxes are janky at times and fairly uneven. Overall condition is good though. But the greens are impossible to hold a shot on. Which is fun but frustrating.

Nice course. Lots of elevation change. Really nicely laid out. Fairways and greens in excellent condition. Tee boxes were a bit odd-- many of them had humps in the middle. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoy this course.
