Very conflicted with my review here... I really enjoyed the course and the layout (elevation change, amazing views). Seems like the maintenance is suffering a little bit here, bunkers over grown, tee boxes uneven and patchy. But, besides that... a very enjoyable layout and course. Would definitely come back.

My husband & I were so lucky to be married at Sunridge! Everything came together so beautifully - it was everything we could have imagined & more! Amanda and her team are the BEST folks to work with. They are all so kind & welcoming, and they help make all of your ideas come to life. The planning process was a breeze - Amanda did everything in her power to help make us feel less stressed and more excited about our big day. She never got annoyed or overwhelmed (even when I would text her sometimes multiple times in a day, in the early mornings and late at night). They also bartended our wedding & did an amazing job. AND, don’t want to forget - they helped set up the ceremony & reception, as well as did the clean up! There is nothing I would change about our wedding day - it was beautiful, and we owe a BIG thank you to the wonderful people at Sunridge!

At its highest point , approximately 8000 feet, Sunridge is an exceptional scenic Sierra Nevada mountain desert golf course. The experience is guaranteed to be challenging for golfers of all playing ability. I cannot wait to get another chance to have another go at this track. Absolutely gorgeous and if you're playing here for the first time no matter the skill level, I recommend a few things. Patience - let this course come to you. The design begs you to over power. Take the bait and feel the bite. Designed to take advantage of the geography, it has many reasonable to short in length par 3s, 4s, invite you to lock and load as you drive the ever changing altitudes and tunneled sections of switchback cart paths. Heed my advice as each hole offers a hidden gem of challenge. Your mission is to avoid playing into the Deception all the while solving each holes strategic play puzzle. But then that's what makes it fun. I had to play the course or let it play me and my playing partner attacked the challenge together. The course is a handful and all that either could , however it did allow as strangers golfing together to form a bond. And dare I say a new friendship. Course guide - a must for a first timer or unfamiliar player. A few extra balls - get your ego out of the way and trust me on this one. Time- the views are breathtaking and hypnotic (at times almost out of body ). Take the time to soak them in. it feels like you're just beneath the heavens. I could go on and on.. bottom line if given the opportunity it's a don't miss! Enjoy, I'll definitely be seen here again and soon!

She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything and is so easy to get ahold of! I could not praise her enough for everything she did for me and my partner. Nice golf course although the back nine was a little tougher than my golf skills can handle. I only played The back nine, it was very hilly with long downhill tee shots. The front nine appeared to be pretty much flat. Lots of water hazards on both. Very nice friendly helpful staff.
