My family has been associated with Lake hickory country club for over 40 years. The greens are always kept up with and properly maintained. Club fees are affordable, wait staff are respectful and the perks are great.

Updated in December 22. The course renovations are in full swing with the Dogwood 9 completed. The quality of the bunkers, both in design and quality is amazing. The tree removal will help graas and truf for years to come. Come check it out as the work continues to be completed in March. Compliments to the Chef and staff for the great dinner we just had, by the fire on a cold December night. I'm encouraged by the efforts on turf management. After a tough year last year with heavy rainfall and heavy play which included single rider carts (hence 2x the wear) we are seeing solid improvements. Our new Head Pro is really making positive impacts.

Just payed $100 a person for a four-man team to play a golf tournament there after 30 minutes of rain they canceled the golf tournament after nine holes. It was completely sunny after 20 minutes of rain. If it was a member sponsor tournament it would’ve went on do not play at this crappy course they’re greens were in terrible shape.

Great time..plays tight, lots of dog legs and hidden water...shot a 61

Great course, well equipped Pro Shop, and friendly staff. Course is always in good shape. Kudos to the grounds crew and cart maintenance team also. Carts are always clean and in good shape. They even have the USB chargers too. I recommend.
