I visited Ridgemont Country Club for my employer’s holiday party, and while the venue itself is beautiful — both outside and in — the overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The facility is absolutely top-notch. It has that classic, upscale charm you’d expect from a country club, and it made a great first impression. The staff were all very courteous and professional, though I did get the feeling that dinner service was a bit rushed, which put a slight damper on the atmosphere. Now onto the food — which, unfortunately, was not the high point of the evening. It was served buffet-style, and felt like it might have been catered rather than prepared in-house (though I can’t say for certain, so I’ll give the benefit of the doubt). The macaroni was bland and uninspired, the roast beef was overdone and dry, and the chicken was noticeably undercooked in some places — not a good combination. The roasted potatoes were decent, but my wife got one that was still partially raw. The saving grace of the meal came at dessert: an impressive variety of Italian pastries that were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care — possibly brought in from an outside bakery. If I had to break it down, I’d give the facility and staff a solid 4 stars, but the food itself a 3. It’s a lovely venue with great potential — hopefully the kitchen or catering side can match the level of the service and setting next time around.

I lost $150 after an office Christmas party here. Left a message to see if any of staff might have seen it. It was found and returned to me the next day. The event was splendid and very professional. Thank you so much for your honesty and professionalism.

We hosted our daughter’s baby shower at RCC this past weekend and it was wonderful! Carolyn was a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the planning process all the way until the end of the party. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive. We received many compliments from our guests and will not hesitate to recommend Ridgemont in the future.

Great country club. The course is very nice. Very playable, but the people are beyond outstanding. All of the members I have met are fun and engaging. Just the best group of people.
