This review is for the Mini Golf Course. Went in early March, granted it’s not really “in season” yet. But was in the area and figured to try it. In a sense of a course everything was literally Par 2, some holes were cool but some were ridiculously easy. Granted it is a kids game… the reason for the 3 stars is more the cleanliness. There was cigarette buds everywhere on the first hole, literally everywhere. The amount of trash piled around it was kind of gross. Even in the water, I’m sure it would get cleaned as the weather gets nicer but it really brought down the quality just seeing trash everywhere around the course.

We played the Executive Par 3 and had a great time. It took about two hours. There was some wait time from hole to hole. The course has 9 holes modeled after famous golf courses such as Pebble Beach. The daytime price per player is $15, which is very reasonable. The final hole is very challenging but fun. The hole is almost surrounded by water. The golf course is well maintained but was missing some of the number signs for the holes and the red, white and blue tee markers. Hopefully they will be replaced as the season progresses.

The automatic tee was pretty cool plus you get your "ball card" back so if you dont hit everything you can come back and get your money's worth. The machines are in another language but its pretty much pay for a car put the card in and press a button. The range itself is pretty picturesque with some nice targets. Im not a fan of upper deck golfing. Im of the mind that you should practice how you want to play and novody plays 18 holes in the sky so...but the view here is cool. Except on a hot day hell no there is no shade and you bake. Im excited to practice here in winter tho I hear its heated. All in all a cool place to hit balls

I love heartland. I have been going to the driving range since high school however it is very annoying to be there and think you have until closed (shown midnight online) and they kick you out at 10:45. They need to update this or stop closing early.

What a great, novel par 3 course with all the holes modeled after existing par 3 holes on courses including Augusta, Sawgrass, Shinnecock and Beth Page. Tee boxes and greens both decent. Green fee good value. Teenage son loved it. Will be back.
