Decent looking course, poorly maintained. Divots everywhere. Club rentals were a joke, gave my buddy women's clubs and my other buddy didn't get a driver. Luckily I had four three woods in my bag. Club house guy told us to be back by 7, came out yelling at us being aggressive and rude at 6:45 and told the group behind us to hit into us. Barely missed getting hit in the head. Can't support any course that endangers players intentionally so the employees can leave early. Will NOT be back.

My home course and my favorite. The track is always in great shape, even in the winter off season the course is in better than average shape. Pace of play is about 4 - 4 1/2 hours. Course is not long, but a lot of up and down terrain. Both par 5’s are fun to play. And the par 3’s all have their own challenges. Douglaston is a cool fun course to play. Check it out.

It was our first time playing in here but it’s been popular among many (local) golfers for nicely maintained, entertaining and some challenging holes. Total 5071 yards for Blue tees, 7 holes of par 3, 9 of par 4, & 2 of par 5.

What an exceptional inner city course. Feel the hustle and bustle of the city but the serenity and peacefulness of the course. Great hills and elevation changes. Challenging Par 3’s. Greens were great.

A great venue! Truly a gem of the GolfNYC group (Van Cortland GC, Kissena Park GC, and Forest Park GC, are the others). I played on a gorgeous Sunday, so it did play a little long (5-hrs), but usually, you can round this course in 4-hrs. This is a short, yet challenging course. The entire facility is well maintained with friendly staff. Ed and Jason at the front desk were extremely helpful, and the starters were very attentive, as well. The rangers made sure the players moved at a good pace. They have a decent snack bar with hot dogs, sandwiches, and drinks fully stocked--all at reasonable prices. The parking lot has a charge of 3$, which is normal at most GolfNYC venues. All in all, a great course with fantastic landscapes and challenging holes! A must play course! ALSO, a bit of an inconvenience, however, it’s the club’s policy: you have to give a piece of (state/city) ID when you get a cart key; just DON’T FORGET TO RETRIEVE IT WHEN YOU RETURN THE CART KEY!
