Very poor lawn care, cut grass like they were at trace track. Never seen them reseed bare spots in lawns.Employees will drive by anything laying in the gutter many many times and not pic up.Roofs leak and they just keep patches instead of fixing properly. For 260 Dollars HOA fees you do not get get much for your money.

My house is on the edge of the village, abutting wooded area and a short walk to lake and pool. Grounds crew and maintenance are mostly great. With 2,400 units there are challenges with what people are seeking. Explore this village and be conscious of the differences depending on where your home is located.

People cast aspersions against the association, but the residents elected them and they do great works to keep our village running. This is a huge 2000+ unit property that requires a tremendous amount of maintenance. In the 2-1/2 years of living here, i love my decision. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools, many wonderful actvities available and lots of ammenities not mentioned here. The cost of units is affordable with lots of size options. Many have been renovated by prior owners or are ready for renovation at a lower purchase price. Yes, there were assessments required for necessary updates and increased service costs, but still well worth the costs and is more affordable than anywhere else in the area.

HOA more interested in disproportionately raising fees than caring for the property or the individuals living there. When my grandmother lived there it was better, but over the last 4 years it has steadily declined. It would be cheaper to hire professionals to oversee the plan than amateurs.
