Knoll West is often viewed as the more “championship-minded” counterpart, offering a bigger, sterner test that emphasizes tee-to-green execution. The course asks you to commit off the tee, because lines and landing zones can feel generous but narrow quickly when hazards and angles are considered. Approach play is the separator—greens and surrounds reward the correct trajectory and punish misses in the wrong pockets. It’s a course that tends to build pressure as the round goes on, where staying patient and avoiding doubles is the key to a strong score. Strong players appreciate how it doesn’t hand out birdies; you earn them with position and precision. If you’re after the more demanding Knoll experience, West is the one that feels like a full exam.

very narrow course. almost killed a couple of people by missing by about 5 yards to the left on the 16th hole par 3. Have not seen so many people walking. Booked the night before there is a reason why the course was open. That said the hot dogs were excellent after the 9th. Very slow course.

Horrible. Played 9 holes walking with my 16 &13 year old boys at 530pm and they charged me $140. Never going back.

A great and quick 9 holes today on Labor Day weekend for reasonable price. The staff is courteous and kind, and the course is in good shape despite the aeration on 3 or 4 greens on the front 9 that I played - it must be done. The restroom facilities are poor, but hooray for the brand new golf range nearby! I would definitely return.
