Our group had an exceptional 5-Star experience at Owl’s Nest Resort! The location was easy to access from New Hampshire and set in a scenic, peaceful environment. The resort’s brand-new accommodations, well-appointed pro shop, and impeccably maintained golf course made a strong impression. The course itself offered the perfect blend of challenge and stunning views of the White Mountains, staying true to its New England character. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, and the resort’s layout was thoughtfully designed to cater to both golfers and non-golfers alike. One of the standout moments was dinner at Panorama Six82. It was incredible value, generous portions, and truly memorable flavors. The steak and apple pie were among the best I’ve ever had. The following morning, we had a delicious breakfast at Butch’s Brooklyn Deli & Provisions, conveniently located near the golf cart check-in. The meal included a hearty breakfast sandwich, a side of fruit or yogurt with granola, and fresh-brewed coffee, perfect fuel for another day on the course. We received numerous thank-you notes from attendees, many of whom are already eager to return. Overall, Owl’s Nest delivered a 5-Star, memorable experience for our group. I highly recommend it for a golf getaway or group event!

I got married here in April 2025. Our experience with Owl’s Nest was absolutely incredible from start to finish! From the moment we toured the venue with Gail, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. She made the entire booking process so easy and helped us choose the perfect date. Owl’s Nest truly offers an all-in-one experience — the on-site lodging made it so convenient for our family and friends, and every space on the property is breathtaking. We hosted our wedding in The Lakehouse, which was stunning, and originally planned to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome party in The Vault. When our guest list grew, the team seamlessly moved our welcome party to The Sunset Pavilion, and it worked out perfectly! We even reserved the golf simulators at Slice, which added such a fun touch for our guests. A huge thank-you to Taylor, our event planner — she was absolutely amazing. She put so much thought and detail into everything and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The night before and the day of the wedding, she and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I was nervous about vendor coordination, and Taylor personally reached out to each one to confirm everything so I wouldn’t have to worry. On our wedding day, she was my cheerleader, problem-solver, and calm in the chaos. I know Owl’s Nest has several planners, but I truly feel so lucky to have had Taylor. She made our entire experience unforgettable, and we could not have asked for a better venue or team. I would recommend Owl’s Nest to any couple looking for a beautiful, seamless, and joy-filled wedding experience!

Had our wedding here on 9/27/25 at the Lakehouse...was lucky enough to have Victoria and Taylor as my wedding coordinators!! They were so amazing and it felt like I knew them as my friends for years. Kailee was also the lodging coordinator and made everything a breeze for me. I was so worried about space for people and she made everything work. I could write and entire book about how Owl's Nest made our dreams come true with our wedding. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Top notch service, the bar staff, the catering staff everyone in between. Lisa or Linda (sorry) was so great and helpful for my rehearsal dinner at the Sunset Pavilion and also for our reception! The food I was nervous about because the wedding food tasting wasn't great but the food ended up being absolutely delicious. The whole day felt like a dream. I look back at photos and cry at how amazing it was! They truly care about you and your experience and show that they want to make it the best day of your life. It was so incredible I wish I could go back in time and do it all over again. We would say we would come back and do it again but we're only planning on getting married once lol. Can't wait to come back for a visit for our 1 year anniversary :)

Was in a wedding at Owl’s Nest. They have a lot they need to iron out… you can tell there was a rush to complete this project from the quality of furniture, amount of staff, plumbing issues, etc. Very limited options on property for food & bev, all of our rooms got jumbled due to a switch in systems, my parent’s room had no soap, no ice, no tissues, plus they had to move rooms the day of the wedding…. in the middle of getting ready. For how expensive it was to stay, I expected there to be someone in the main office at all times… there was not. We all had dinner at Slice and none of us felt good afterwards, some people even got sick. We had a planned informal dinner for the wedding there and the servers were completely overwhelmed. I was also told in a very condescending tone I was not allowed to order shots during the reception. I’m not from the state, I’m not sure if it was a wedding request or the law, either way I did not deserve to be treated the way I was when I tried to order them. It was just such a let down because it was SUCH an expensive weekend. I felt nickeled and dimed the entire time, and a 10am check out is just a slap in the face. For $400+ a night, check out should be NOON - especially in the house that hosted the bride, groom, and wedding party. I hope they can turn it around, otherwise this was a very expensive project to fall short on. I heard the golf course was lovely, and the White Mountains are gorgeous, that is the only reason this wasn’t 1* overall. Luckily the wedding was beautiful, but I’m sure the bride and groom are let down and feel responsible. It should not be on them to shoulder the responsibility of Owl’s Nest’s short comings.

My husband and I got married at Owl's Nest this fall and everything was incredible. Staff are excellent, the coordinators are super helpful, the lodging is very easy to work with and the property is so beautiful. Spa and restaurants are delicious and everything is perfection!
