Description

Granite Fields features a wide-open layout that rewards big hitters but doesn't punish the average golfer. With minimal trees and generous landing areas, it's a fun course to let it rip off the tee. The greens are large but quick, and wind can be a factor on exposed holes. It's a solid pick for casual rounds, leagues, or tournaments.

A great spot for a round of golf. The course is well-kept and has a good mix of challenging and fun holes for all levels. One of the coolest things is the collection of wooden sculptures spread throughout the course. They add a unique and artistic vibe that makes playing here even more enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out!

Course is the worse course in the Southern NH area. No ranger on the course and it took 2 1/2 hours to play the front nine. We walked and still had to wait on every hole. Tee boxes are terrible and there is really no rough ( just dirt) on most holes. Price is cheap but you get what you pay for.

Great track and an excellent value at under 70 to ride on weekends. It's walkable but a long walk from clubhouse to 1, 8-9, & 9-10/clubhouse. Greens and fairways are well kept, but the teeing areas can be bare or shaggy. They've put new sod on a few tees this year, so they're working on it, but they need to trim trees around the tees to let grass grow. You'll need every club in your bag, and 8 & 9 are TOUGH from the tips. I really wish they'd switch the front and back, those should be the finishing holes. One of my favorite things about this course is the wood sculptures someone has been doing there for the past few years. They're awesome and you'll miss a lot of them if you're not looking!

We played this course on Sun. Aug. 17 and starting on hole 5, there were 3 groups on the tee box waiting to tee off. This continued on holes 6, 7, 8 and 9. At this point, we skipped hole 9 and left. We even had a ranger come up to us on hole 8 and say the play was very slow! However, when I spoke with the owner and she informed me that this is normal pace of play expectations on weekends. If you would like to play a course that has expectations that 3 groups will be backed up on each tee box, then this is your place to play! Also, the green fee was $65! I would NOT pay $10 to play this course. The greens were in good shape, but the tee boxes were dirt and the fairways were like hitting out of a pasture. This was an absolute terrible experience on a terrible course (except for the greens). Definitely would NOT recommend this course to anyone!

I would definitely come here if you want to pay 72 dollars for horrible greens. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging that money for garbage greens. They also have a weird system of tagging carts with colored strips of paper so that they can “monitor” you. The maintenance guy drives around emptying garbage cans and will literally drive by you while you are mid swing. I’ve played a lot of golf in my life, and for the money, this is probably the biggest rip off in New England. Don’t go
