Description

Granite Fields features a wide-open layout that rewards big hitters but doesn't punish the average golfer. With minimal trees and generous landing areas, it's a fun course to let it rip off the tee. The greens are large but quick, and wind can be a factor on exposed holes. It's a solid pick for casual rounds, leagues, or tournaments.

A great spot for a round of golf. The course is well-kept and has a good mix of challenging and fun holes for all levels. One of the coolest things is the collection of wooden sculptures spread throughout the course. They add a unique and artistic vibe that makes playing here even more enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out!

Great track and an excellent value at under 70 to ride on weekends. It's walkable but a long walk from clubhouse to 1, 8-9, & 9-10/clubhouse. Greens and fairways are well kept, but the teeing areas can be bare or shaggy. They've put new sod on a few tees this year, so they're working on it, but they need to trim trees around the tees to let grass grow. You'll need every club in your bag, and 8 & 9 are TOUGH from the tips. I really wish they'd switch the front and back, those should be the finishing holes. One of my favorite things about this course is the wood sculptures someone has been doing there for the past few years. They're awesome and you'll miss a lot of them if you're not looking!

Course is the worse course in the Southern NH area. No ranger on the course and it took 2 1/2 hours to play the front nine. We walked and still had to wait on every hole. Tee boxes are terrible and there is really no rough ( just dirt) on most holes. Price is cheap but you get what you pay for.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Tee boxes are mounds and scarce. Fairway patchy and dirt. Greens not maintained and burnt. Absolutely packed to the brim. Waiting a solid 15-20 per hole. Front desk was too inexperienced to answer simple questions about the course and very rude. Shooting gallery. Pretty tight which is fine but you'll have every slicer on your hole laying up into their Fairway. Seriously reconsider even if it's the last option.

I've played the course numerous times this year, so have a good feel for the track. Truly impressed with the layout. It's challenging and tight...but fair. Perfect course to walk as well, some distance between holes but fairly flat. The course and clubhouse have so much untapped potential though. The greens are in very good shape but the tee boxes REALLY need to be addressed. Being in the business, it's not a huge cost to top dress the un-level areas and reseed throughout the year. Also, the traps desperately need additional sand. Another low cost effort. These improvements would make a monumental difference for a very low expense. Also, water stations offered every six holes or so would be greatly appreciated. The clubhouse is on the newer side and has all the potential in the world. But unfortunately, they really haven't done anything with it. A bit of a headscratcher. They only have a few hats on the rack with minimal boxes of balls for sale. So much empty space that could be used for gear and apparel. And the dining area only sells pre-made sandwiches, hot dogs and a few drinks. Yet the large space and layout offer SO much more. A vastly expanded menu and bar area would drum up much more business. Golfers would stay for lunch and beverages. We all want to do this, so it's a disappointment upon finishing your round. Such a missed opportunity. So overall, the nuts and bolts of a beautiful course and attractive 19th hole clubhouse are all there. They just need to move forward with these minor but BIG customer friendly improvements and if they did...no doubt they'd see an uptick in revenue and profit! I'll certainly be back to play...and I bet many more would as well if the accommodations were made.
