The last time I played Overton might have been 15 years ago. I was really impressed with the maintenance of the course. The greens were super fast. They didn't have hard breaks like I am used to. I'd guess on the right side of the cup, and it would bend two cups without a hard break. I'm not knocking the green, but I'm trying to give you an advantage if it is your first time playing. The price was right! I recommend it as a fun and inexpensive 9 hole course!

Alicia tried to short change me at lunch today.

Went there for a lunch break and we were the 2nd table there. We ordered a hot ham and cheese and a cheeseburger. The place then started to fill up like crazy like some kind of event or something. We waited 50 mins and still no food. Went and asked how much longer and the lady gave me lip that there was 7 tables ahead of us. How when we were the 2nd table and we only had burgers that take 5 mins to cook. I get it the place got busy but she could have at least told us there was gonna be a wait or something. Still i got attitude cuz i wanted an update on the food order. After she gave us attitude we walked out without our food. Never will go here again.

This is a gem of an old golf course in the country, off the beaten track. While traveling through Nebraska and you need a break this is the place. Just minutes North of the Interstate you can stretch your legs and get some golf in. I won't kid you it's an old farmer design with only one dogleg. You do have to watch for the winding slew that threads it's way through the course. But it's easy to get on, play, get a drink and get back on the road. Treat yourself, you won't be disappointed. Take exit 248 off of I-80 and head north about 3 1/2 miles. Make a left (West) on Highway 30 for 2 3/4 miles it will be on the right.
