Played here today and was a bit disappointed before I even tee’d off. Went to play a quick 9 and was surprised when I was charged over $30 to walk 9 holes. I played here two years ago and I was only charged $15 to walk 9. I’ve played lots of very nice public courses, and very few of them have been this expensive. After paying $30 to walk 9, I was expecting a pristine course. While the greens and roughs were in great shape, the fairways were pretty patchy in some areas. The tee boxes were okay, but had quite a bit of crab grass. I like the course layout, but probably won’t play here again for the price.

I'm only a casual golfer who plays for fun so I don't have a ton of experience with different courses and I've only played this course once, but it was absolutely the best course I've played in Nebraska and I would say it stacks up against the few courses I've played out of state as well. The staff were extremely friendly, prices were pretty reasonable, and the course was fairly long and well maintained. It was a 3-4 hour trip one way for my dad and me when we went, but we were both so happy with the course and staff that he'd like to make at least one trip a year out to the course.

Highly recommend course that is well kept by the team. Great value, course layout for all ability levels & service. The back nine is very challenging, but no complaints.

Cross Creek Golf Links is a hidden gem that every golfer needs to experience! For a small community like Cambridge, NE, this course is an absolute marvel—stretching over 7,200 yards with pristine fairways, challenging holes, and large greens that welcome players of all skill levels. The fact that a town this size boasts such a championship-caliber, 18-hole course is nothing short of amazing! The course is impeccably maintained, with new irrigation keeping everything lush and playable. It’s never overcrowded, so you can enjoy a relaxed round, or rounds. The staff is friendly, the pro shop is well-stocked, and many food and drink items to choose from. If you own a set of clubs, you owe it to yourself to tee it up at Cross Creek. It’s Southwest Nebraska’s “Diamond in the Rough” and a must-play for any golf lover. I’ll be back soon!

Diamond in the rough! You will not find a better lay out for all different skill levels with multiple tee boxes to choose from! Staff in clubhouse is second to none! Course staff has been doing a fantastic job providing a course you will love to play over and over! Come see for yourself!
