It is a very nice, clean and pleasant place to go to. The staff are perfect. I would really like to express my special thanks to the young lady (I forgot her name unfortunately) for being supportive and helpful last night with us. My car broke down and did all what she could. It’s an amazing venue. We had a wonderful experience organizing an event. Support and help from Laura Laurie and her staff was excellent. They take care of every need of their guests. They are very accommodating. All our guests had only nice words for the venue. We would love to come back here again for other events in the future.

The card show that I hosted at the event center couldn't have been better! Laura was fantastic to work with, and the event center looked great when I arrived. Libby and Josh were friendly and awesome behind the bar. Definitely will be using this event space again in the future.

Ballwin Golf Course is a great place to play! The greens are challenging, the course is in excellent condition, and the staff is super friendly. Plus, the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend to all golfers!

Amateur Staff, Non-Existent Course Management, and a Side of Racism!! ​ The experience at this course was appalling—a masterclass in unfriendliness and outright incompetence, topped off with a disturbing whiff of racial bias. ​The elderly female staff, in particular, was the very definition of rude, clueless, and overtly racist. ​From the moment of check-in, her tone was consistently contemptuous and frosty. The climax of this disastrous service came at the first hole. Despite being far from golf novices, and with the preceding foursome not even having finished the hole (meaning we had ample time), we tried to hit an extra drive to warm up in the cold weather. ​Her response? A patronizing announcement over the loudspeaker, dripping with scorn, telling us, "This is not a driving range, stick to one drive per person." The sheer audacity and humiliating nature of this public rebuke are something I have never encountered anywhere. This aged, discourteous woman seems to genuinely believe this run-down pitch is hosting The Masters. ​Frankly, the course maintenance was dreadful, making her haughty attitude utterly baffling. What gives her—or this club—this ridiculous level of self-importance and arrogance? ​It seems painfully clear that this elderly club attendant reserves her warmth solely for white, senior-level golfers. If you don't fit that narrow demographic, steer clear of this golf course. Save your money and your dignity.
