Description

Starkville Country Club is the primary private club for Oktibbeha County, with a full 18-hole course and a broad amenities package. The current routing dates to around 1990 and features tree-lined fairways that reward shaping the ball in both directions. From the tips it plays roughly 6,560 yards at par 72. USGA numbers commonly published put the course at about 71.8/129, a fair test for regular play. A full practice area, including a driving range, supports member practice and junior programming.

Played in Mid Am 2 wknds ago. They had the course in great shape and greens were quick and rolling great all 3 days I thought. Fun little country club in Starkvegas.

I'm not fortunate enough (yet) to be a member of the country club, but I got a chance to see some beautiful sights. The food is amazing as well, and surprisingly reasonably priced.
