Description

Whisper Lake Country Club is a compact, par 64 private layout tucked into the Annandale corridor of Madison. Designed by Ron Garl in 1994, the course emphasizes precision with a mix of short par 4s and stout par 3s that reward wedge control and putting. Despite its modest yardage, water and strategic bunkering keep scores honest and pace brisk. Conditioning is typically strong thanks to the Randy Watkins Golf management group, with smooth greens and tidy surrounds. A full practice range and short game areas support a very active member league scene.

Executive golf course with a number of par 3's and 4's which is fine for me since I can do 9/18 holes quicker. Plenty of water holes and sand traps to toughen it up a little. The driving range is nice and has a chipping green. Greens are well maintained.

Nice short course with lots of par 3's. Many groups of players but play was smooth. Only drawback was the tee boxes , difficult for me to get a tee in the ground. I'll be back !
