Description
A Minneapolis park-board classic beside Lake Hiawatha, opened in 1934 and designed by William D. Clark. The 18-hole par-73 layout plays in the 6,800-yard range with a traditional parkland cadence. Its historical and cultural significance to the city's Black community is now formally recognized. Straight drives and confident long irons are rewarded, while water and mature trees shape decisions. A staple of south Minneapolis golf for generations.
