10/10! Our 9.13.25 wedding at Dellwood was all we could dream of, and more! Katie and her team do an amazing job of walking you through the planning process with the check in meetings. The spring and fall tastings are also SO helpful to try all the food options, to meet some preferred vendors, and to see all they have available to rent in house. Using their chargers, tablecloths for everything but our main table, hurricane glasses, votives, etc was so convenient. Back to the food… so good! Chef Peter did an amazing job, we had so many compliments about the food at our wedding (don’t sleep on the beef tenderloin)! Plus the desserts with sister restaurant Brickhouse are delicious and it was nice to have an assortment of desserts for all allergies/diets. Not to mention convenient as well, since Katie’s team will cover the dessert ordering process. While we did have a wedding coordinator to help, I give so much credit to dellwood and their staff for keeping the whole night running so smoothly and on time. I would gladly plan an event here again, as you truly get so much at reasonable price, it’s more of a one stop shop than any of the other places we toured which helped to make our day stress free.

An Absolutely Perfect Wedding Reception Venue!! We truly could not have asked for a better wedding reception experience. From start to finish, everything was phenomenal, and we loved every part of working with this venue. The ballroom was stunning — elegant, spacious, and beautifully set up with gorgeous décor that made the entire room feel warm and elevated. The views were incredible and created the perfect backdrop for both photos and the overall atmosphere of the evening. The food deserves special recognition — it was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests are still talking about how good it was. Every course was served seamlessly and right on time. Our coordinator was phenomenal. She was organized, calm, and attentive, making sure every detail was handled so we could fully relax and enjoy our night. The staff overall was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. This venue played such a huge role in making our wedding day unforgettable. If you’re considering hosting your reception here, I cannot recommend it enough — it was truly perfect in every way!! :)🤍

Dellwood did an amazing job with our daughter’s wedding! The venue was stunning, the service impeccable & the preferred vendors were reasonably priced & so good! It was so nice to have everything in one place & so much attention to detail! Many of our guests commented on how good the food was & how great the service was! We had our wedding reception at Dellwood Country Club this past Saturday, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The venue itself is beautiful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the team. Katie, the venue director was absolutely incredible and Christy, the day-of coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. She was calm, organized, proactive, and somehow everywhere at once. I never had to wonder what was happening or what came next. She handled every detail seamlessly and allowed us to fully enjoy our night without stress. Having someone that capable and composed on such an important day is priceless. The food was phenomenal!!!! We received so many compliments from our guests about both the quality and presentation. Everything was flavorful, perfectly timed, and felt elevated without being fussy. The staff also deserves so much praise. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Glasses were never empty, plates were cleared smoothly, and every interaction felt warm and polished. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you are considering hosting a wedding or event here, I truly cannot recommend Dellwood Country Club enough. They made our reception feel effortless, elegant, and unforgettable. We are so grateful for the experience.

My husband and I got married at Dellwood on 2/24/24. Our day was honestly nothing short of perfect. Katie, Sarah, and the rest of the staff at Dellwood went out of their way to make our day so incredibly smooth with careful attention to detail and amazing communication. It was a huge help to just be able to float along, not having to worry about a thing, and fully take our special day in minute by minute. They truly care and it shows! We still get compliments to this day about how fun our wedding was. From the beautiful venue to the insanely delicious food, everyone says it was an unforgettable day! We cannot recommend Dellwood enough, and we are forever grateful to have such incredible wedding memories❤️
