From the quick and smooth start to tee-off to the scenic, well-kept greens, it’s a great spot whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just getting into the game. ⛳ Every outing here feels effortless and enjoyable. The course layout is inviting and forgiving, yet still offers enough challenge to keep things fun. The staff? Top-tier—always professional, friendly, and attentive. During events, they regularly circulate with the drink and snack cart, making sure everyone’s taken care of. 🍔 Lunch at the grill is another highlight! Fresh burgers and hot dogs are served straight off the flame, with plenty of toppings to customize your plate. It’s the kind of small detail that makes a big difference in the overall experience. This place is the perfect blend of laid-back atmosphere and organized hospitality. I can’t wait for the next round—and maybe another bite at the grill too!

The cart paths are broken in most areas, and several ponds have stagnant water with greenish layers, making them look unclean. While the fairways are okay, the tee boxes need significant work. SERVICE & HOSPITALITY👎: The service at Novi Links Golf Club was disappointing. We went for a golf outing and experienced poor tee time management. The course direction was unclear, and allowing groups of eight to play caused significant delays. Additionally, some groups played multiple balls, adding to the holdups. We left after 15 holes, having spent five hours in hot and humid 90-degree weather. AMBIENCE & SETTING👍: Despite the shortcomings in course quality and service, the overall setting of Novi Links Golf Club provides a decent ambiance for a day out golfing. VALUE for MONEY👍: Although there are areas for improvement, the value for money remains reasonable given the location and the potential of the course. Late August review, Went back two months later and was not anywhere near as happy. So I am now changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. The course charged full price for the West 9 and the South 9 which is basically a par 3 with no discount off the already outrageous weekend rate of $69. For the East /West or the full 18 hole course $69 is extremely high but for the West South it is ridiculous. I would have walked out when they told me West/South but my friends would have been left hanging. So when you make your tee time VERIFY that you are booking East/West otherwise you will be getting shortchanged on the South. Also, the traps where ALL washed out after the previous weeks storms. There was PLENTY of time to get the green keepers crews out to maintain the traps. Just a lack of professionalism and course management. I was VERY disappointed after playing the course earlier in the year when the course was in such great shape. June Review, Best course by far along 10 Mile. Blows away Tanglewood and the more pricy courses on the northwest side. I was so pleasantly surprised when I played 18 there today. I have not played it in a few years and the condition was in Private CLUB level condition. Highly recommend you play it yourself.

Always enjoy my time at Links of Novi. Whether I am playing in our corporate league, attending an outing, or simply out for a practice round, it's always a great experience. And yes as other reviewers have mentioned, the West course is the most challenging, but ironically, it is always the one I want another chance to play again to redeem myself! During the many times I have played LoN, I have always enjoyed the golf, food, drinks, and most of all, the friendly professional staff. Clearly a well run establishment, especially for large outings. Enough typing, as I am headed there now!

Beautiful greens, beautiful course. But the ranger does not enforce tee times or people taking 45 minutes on a hole on Tues evenings.
