Course was immaculate! Staff was extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful! We had a group of 6, so pleased we decided to golf Rolling Hills. Clubhouse was very clean, organized. Course was clean, labeled. Highly recommend you visit! (My husband would say my standards are rather high when it comes to hospitality & public courses. You won’t be disappointed!)

Changing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. In one short year, new ownership has transformed the grounds and clubhouse to an impressive level. The clubhouse is a complete 180 and can host an outing of 100-125 golfers with ease. Pictures will be included. Staff is super-friendly. The greens are in excellent shape and very true. They added a range with targets. Fairway maintenance is 50% better than last year. Greens are 75% better than last year and both are on the right track. This is the best value golf course in Lapeer County. It is no longer a "charming slump-buster" as I mentioned in my first review about a year ago. You can score low but your game needs to be on

We went to Rolling Hills today for the first time. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Despite getting some rain during the week, the course was in amazing shape. We really enjoyed the layout and the challenge that the course presented. Martin the owner and his staff were very welcoming and immediately made you feel like family. We will definitely be back. If you haven't had the joy of golfing at Rolling Hills, please do so. You will not be disappointed. Thanks.

The transformation the new owner is implementing is very nice. Been playing here for over 20 years and this is the nicest I've seen the course and facilities! Loved all of the changes already made, and the new owner (Marty) was explaining his 5year plan for further improvements. Can't wait to play here again!

I first visited the course on April 30 and then again on May 11th. Both experiences were great. The owner is extremely friendly and customer service oriented. The front nine is fun and wide open so it isn’t frustrating for novice golfers. The back nine is a bit more picturesque with some views similar to up north. The course is well maintained and drains well. I played in a dry window after a lot of rain and got all 18 in without any issues. The club house is nice and the bar is well stocked with bourbons like blantons and Wellers . I can definitely tell that the new owner is making investments into the course. It’s pretty cool to see an owner working with the staff to make the course a more enjoyable experience.
