This is a solid track ! The closest to "up north" golf in west Michigan and I've played every course around. The first two holes - straight forward par 4 then par 5 - may lull you into thinking it's a cakewalk, but you will be pleasantly surprised from there on. The course has plenty of blind shots, dog legs, tight to wide open fairways (immaculate btw) elevation and enough hazards to keep things interesting. The greens are in top shape - receptive- pin placement was challenging but fair. Putts even from a distance rolled true; with a good read and proper pace they are make-able. 7 and 10 and 17 are a bombers dream. Two holes on the back 9 have false fronts (12 and 14) and will come back on you if you don't stick them long enough. 16 (blind tee shot) rolls right even with a middle of fairway shot so best to play far left side or be blocked out by a tree. My only complaint would be that the bunkers are dirt and almost unplayable so to be avoided at all cost. Speaking of cost I paid Monday senior rate $37, which was astounding. Pro shop small but adequate, the woman I met was very nice. If this were my home course I would be a very happy man. Highly recommended; I will be back and often.

Had a great time here this morning. The greens and fairways were in great shape. Hazard locations led to challenging play for myself.

A great find on the Golf Now app. The greens were in great shape and are moderately fast. A good mixture of positional play and go for it holes. GPS on the carts is always appreciated.

Course is in solid shape, check in was fine, plenty to eat and drink available. Views are very nice, but be prepared to watch them often. Easily one of the slowest rounds of golf I’ve played. Got stuck behind a group of 5 as a group of 2. No Marshall to enforce pace of play, and they were hitting multiple drives/chips/etc. No sort of chance to play through and there was no group in front of them. Course would really benefit from a Marshall, would make the experience much better.

Staff was great!! Course was in excellent shape. Very beautiful course.
