First time experiencing this course and overall I would come back again. Over the phone and in person the staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a friendly dog too. We had the course pretty much to ourselves on a Saturday afternoon. Tee boxes are just mowed grass, the fairways are grass, the rough isn't hard to get out of and atleast the greens were rolling true despite some dirt patches. We tried some missed putts over again and it was challenging but fair. My favorite part of this course was it's layout with the elevation changes. I also had a lot of fun hitting from the blues, some of them are positioned like champions tees creating a real challenge. I would recommend playing alternate blue/whites if you cant accurately place ur tee shots as they are sometimes to a blind fairway. With any golf course i ignore the bad reviews left in spring and fall, clearly these people aren't from the Midwest or only goto $80+ courses... Forget that and just go, the more people go the more money they make and the better the course can be maintained. The guy who said not to go has it all wrong, as the price fits the course($46 for 2 playing 9 with cart on a Saturday). I'm from out of town but hope to be back soon and can't wait to see how this course improves in future.

sucks this place isn’t nicer because it has a ton of potential and it’s close to the house. $23 for 9 and a cart for fairways that haven’t been mowed in weeks and greens that are half dirt and sand. i will say the staff was super nice and they had a friendly dog hanging out at the club house, but unfortunately for the price i wont be coming back.

This course is in bad shape, uncut fairways to the point where it's hard to tell the fairway from the ruff. The tee's are uncut and in very rough shape. The greens are the worst I've ever seen. They all need to be re-seeded and given time to grow... And for the price you pay, it's not worth it. Stay away for a few years. Maybe they can fix it. Hopefully, 2027 will be a good year for them.....

Ive never met such a rude person of management rushing people to play on a empty course who payed over 200.00 telling us you been there to long well sir you could charge hourly rates... you could be more professional you could be more friendly we would of spent more money on food drinks and maybe brought our work group back but after this we will take our group to another course. Some of the group jave only played 1 time and even tho we had a great time as a group..your attitude kinda ruined the thought of coming back or recommending your course to others.

This is a golf course in the middle of its rebirth! Great location, fantastic layout, and superb elevation changes. The course had a few years of being closed, but now the re-emergence of beauty has taken hold. It's a great course cut out of a hilly and wooded patch of Michigan. It has very scorable holes, and the fact that it's newly recut it doesn't have the great split a divided fairway and rough grass. But it's really fun and not very busy. Best of all, you're looking at $28 for a round of 18 with a cart to drive. With all that I can't give it 5 stars but the four has tons of potential to reach up and grab that 5 soon.
