My wife and I have shot several weddings at this club and always enjoy our time there. The grounds are beautiful and offer gorgeous backdrops for photos. We have done several ceremonies on the patio, which provides an intimate feel. The balcony overlooking the dancefloor is great for both the DJ and us photographers to use. My husband and I got married at Oakhurst Golf and Country Club on September 20, 2025, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is stunning—spacious, elegant, and so private. We loved the wraparound porch, the fire pits, and the fireplaces with their beautiful mantles. The woodsy feel gave it such a charming atmosphere that we often forgot we were even on a golf course. From the ceremony to the reception, every moment was gorgeous. The staff did a fantastic job, and the food was incredible. We chose the Boursin chicken and steak, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how delicious everything was—even the appetizers were outstanding. I especially want to thank Lindsay, the event director. We booked the venue in 2023, and for two years she worked closely with me, answering countless emails, addressing every detail, and reassuring me throughout the planning process. She was always responsive, professional, and a joy to work with. We are so happy we chose Oakhurst for our wedding and could not recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a beautiful, private, and unforgettable venue with exceptional staff and food, Oakhurst is the place!

We had our wedding here in August 2021 and it was the best decision we ever made. Lindsay was AMAZING in every way! She was so responsive to all my emails and phone calls, and she was on top of every detail! It helped so much to know she had everything handled. She even set up the majority of our wedding decor and tables, etc. She was absolutely fabulous. Also, the food was delicious! Our guests told us several times how tasty everything was. We were even able to box up a couple extra entrees (a few guests didn't show up) and take them home! The venue is gorgeous for a wedding. We loved it! The bridal suite is also very large and new, although we did wish it had windows for some natural lighting. But there's windows everywhere else so that worked out great. A very beautiful venue for a venue that we would highly recommend!

We held our wedding at Oakhurst this past August. While the venue itself is beautiful, I cannot recommend Oakhurst or their coordinator, Lindsay, for wedding services. Several items that were supposed to be included in our package were not available to us on the day of the event. In addition, our family and bridal party ended up handling both setup and tear-down, as staff members were largely absent during these times. When staff were located, including the coordinator, they were overheard speaking unprofessionally about us. Furthermore, Lindsay left our wedding without informing us or designating another point of contact for the remainder of the evening. This lack of communication and professionalism was deeply disappointing. Although the setting is lovely, the service we received fell far short of expectations, and we were very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I had my wedding shower at Oakhurst this past weekend and it was phenomenal! The food and service were all around amazing! Big shout out to Lindsey, Nora and Zack for making our special day absolutely perfect! I highly recommend having an event here!
