Course was incredible, well worth the money. Fairways and greens were immaculate. Tee boxes were a little chewed up, but they're smaller and don't have much room. Almost all the holes are different, tree lined and have alot of elevation change. On very few holes can you see another hole, which is quite nice. The drives from greens to the next tee box are spaced out nicely so you don't feel rushed. I'll definitely be coming back to here.

Well maintained course that was designed by Arnold Palmer. The 8th hole is the course's signature hole and a personal favorite of Palmer. It has incredible views of the area and is one of best looking holes on the course. Lots of elevated tee boxes makes this an exciting place to play. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

I played Manitou Passage the end of September. This is a great Arnold Palmer designed course hidden in Northern Michigan. It was in excellent playing condition considering the lack of rain they have been having this year, with greens in great condition. Pricing, place of play and clubhouse were all amazing. The staff there was very friendly, I had a great experience with the pro shop and kitchen staff and I can't wait to go back.

This is a beautiful golf course. It's a little harder than what I'm used to playing, but the views were amazing. The greens were fast, and the fairways were kept up really well, too.

It’s a nice layout but 40% comparatively overpriced. Also, I looked online for $79 rate & had my son book it. When he went to pay for us it was $101 ea. or $60 delta. I decided to challenge it when we finished . On 17th hole a wonderful man as starter asked how things were playing, I said good but explained the scenario above. He said let me look into it & I’ll be back. When he was back, he said “you need to talk with GM”. I approached GM Joshua & started to explain. He gave me a perturbed look & said $100 is our rate. I said possibly when my son booked it he didn’t check the rate. I also said I talked with some other people later & some got $79 rate & one other got a senior rate. Joshua said “the rate’s the rate” in a tone that wasn’t customer pleasant. I started to walk away & came back saying, “Joshua I’m a businessman too so I’m on your side. However, today I’m a customer & you got 4 strikes. 1)you didn’t give me the benefit of the doubt 2) It was my 1st time playing there & u could’ve simply spared $21 to get me back, but you didn’t 3)You could’ve at least given me a senior rate because I am one, but you didn’t 4) you could have given me a gift card to come back in play worth $20-$25, but you didn’t . I presented those alternatives & he negatively said “Thats right; I’m not going to discount at all“. This is the guy who should be the ranger & the ranger should be the GM. I’m back in September as usual and look forward to playing golf with my 7 friends at Bahle’s. Does it make sense to keep $21 and lose out a minimum of $600 in September? Lastly , when we tee’d off at 9:07 a.m., there were very few bookings on a perfect weather day……. I wonder why.
