Awesome golfing experience at Sage Run. This course features dramatic elevation changes and super views. The course is challenging and beautifully playable at the same time. The fairways are excellent. The greens are firm and fast but are pure. This course is definitely a top golf course in the upper Midwest.

This is a very challenging course. In very good condition. There are a few things I did not enjoy. The tee boxes were not good (many not level, and some on downslope). Way too many blind tee offs. First time playing this course and you have no idea where the ball is landing/rolling to when hitting off the tee. I played in October, but I can only guess that pace of play in summer has got to be very slow with everyone trying to locate their tee shots. Stay and play package was a great price, but I enjoyed playing Sweetgrass more.

The stay and play package might be one of the best I have come across. It was $150 for one night and two rounds of golf, one at Sage Run and one at Sweet Grass. Both of the courses are very nice and rank in the top 20 best public courses in the state. The stay and play package is a complete steal!

This is a very challenging golf course, especially if it's your first time playing. There are several blind tee shots. We accidentally drove into the group in front of us more than once and were driven into by the group behind us. There are tee shot angles that require knowledge of the landing area to give you the best opportunity of scoring well. Bring lots of balls, hit it straight and you'll have a great time. Lol

Beautiful curse, friendly staff. The fall colors were outstanding. Some of the elevated t-boxes are a tuff climb. The one with railroad ties for steps is dangerous,
